permanent whistling in right nostril and increased smell after cold

I had Covid in March, at least I believe I had it, no test: I coughed twice on Fri, had a very slight temperature Sat (37.5, 1 degree above my normal), then 2 weeks of total loss of smell from Sunday, with tobacco smell in nose first 2 days, which became worse when breathing in deeply.

When the sense of smell came back, I could smell things I was unaware of before. My nose has become a Chemistry lab: I can now detect the ketones in (non-organic) butter and exhaust fumes (the outside air smells like butter-scotch at first), aldehydes in ripening fruit (esp.bananas, tomatoes) and cheese (esp. feta), acrylamides in toast, baked goods, biscuits etc. I always had highly sensitive smell, but my post-Covid nose has taken things to a whole new level!

That wouldn't be so bad, but I also have annoying nasal blockage, worse right in general (as ever), worse on first lying down. I can only lie on my right (as ever), because when I lie on the left my left, (usually) "good" nostril blocks and then sleep becomes impossible. The nose is dry at night (during sleep), and ironically less blocked once dry, then really bad as soon as I'm awake for 5 minutes, as soon as it moistens (all my discharges follow the dry at night / during sleep, moist by day / once awake pattern, that's not unusual for me), then the nose is better once up and going, and always much better for sneezing (which I sometimes do triggered by daylight), but sadly the improvement form sneezing is temporary.

There is no consistent discharge worth remarking on, sometimes tiny flecks and threads of milky yellow first thing in the morning come out during nasal douche, but not all the time.

The most peculiar symptom I have is a whistling in my right nostril, which I cannot find mentioned in any book or Remedy Finder. It's always the same note, I can stop it by touching the right side of my nose just below the bone where it meets the cartilage. It comes and goes, but does not follow a definite pattern.

I've been like this for half a year and it's driving me potty! Any ideas?

Thanks for the suggestion, Pramod, I have previously tried Lycopodium 200 in June (one dose, having previously tried 30, but I am usually very sensitive and only need one dose), but the nose did not improve and I got a lot of provings of other Lycopodium symptoms I previously didn't have, including high sense of urgency and stress, and gushing sweat from my right armpit only whilst wearing a light shirt in chilly weather! It was bizarre. I concluded that it can't have been my similimum, because otherwise I wouldn't get new symptoms? Not sure if that makes sense, maybe you know differently and can explain better?
