Thank you all for your help and support. Mr Murthy I have just taken lycopodium for about a 2 weeks and that was about 2 years ago. However I was advised to take the same for about a year and I was given sachets containing the pills for 3 months. Once I fely this discomfort I had stopped taking the pills. I would appreciate if you could continue on this case as I can order for the remedies online and start taking them as soon as I return.

It is good you stopped taking Lycopodium after 2 weeks, infact it should even have been precribed for 2 weeks.
So, is any part of the discomfort from the Lycopodium dose still lasting ? because if that is the case we would like to anti-dote it before starting the treatment .

I dont thnik so sameer.The aggrevation after taking lyco subdided in a couple of days. I am not sure of the potency which the doctor has given but I guess the potency would have been very miminal

I strongly believe that the spate of sysentry could have caused this as I might have lost some essential salts from the body. The doctor which I was seeing had stated that this could be due to lack or imbalance of serotonin which I guess is a neuro transmitter. I would like to add that till recently I never used to drink milk/curds or any dairy product and was a pure vegetarian. I guess there was a deficiency of vitamin B in my body.. I am not sure but when I analyze myself I see these reasons are the only ones which I can think of. It could be possible that the way I was brought up in childhood could have contributed to some extent.

Please dont mind me asking this but I was going through many threads in this fourum but I have not seen anyone commenting that he/she got completely cured after homeopathy treatment. I may be completely wrong in stating this but I guess if there is a place where there are some testimonials from patients it would help people like me who had bad initial experience have more confidence..

I remember an anectode told by Hahn.
He gave a medicine to a washerwoman in the presence of a collague, for three days, and asked her to report back.
She never came back and after two weeks the colleague was interested to know the outcome of the case and asked Hahn. if he had any information.
Hahn. said no. He told his colleague to find out himself if he is interested and gave the address.
The colleague went to the locality where the washerwoman lived and traced her. She was hale and healthy. When asked why she didn't report back, she said that she had so much work to catch up and saw no point in going back all the way just to say that she was cured.

Thank you Mr Murthy and Mr Sameer. Its not that I doubt the benefits of homeopathy and the competence of you guys as I am not qualified enough to do so. I think this is a selfless service you are doing and I am sure you are doing so just for the love of homeopathy. I just had a bad experience earlier and I just wanted

As I had mentioned earlier I am not sure if the effects of lycopodium is still there in my body. I have also mentioned that I had taken kali Phos 12X last week. Please suggest if you would have to antidode this before starting the new treatment. I would like to add I had suffered from chronic bronchitis when I was a child and I was taking strong allopathy medicines. I no more have this bronchitis but as my parents me the situation was very bad when I was young ( 3 to 5 years of age)

There is no need for any antidote now. Your suffering with bronchitis when younger is an additional input for us.

Personally, I do think there are 'some' Lycopodium symptoms lingering there, and this can happen in sensitive patients.
To be sure, we can start with a SINGLE dose of Pulsatilla 6x when you come back.

I was going through one of you other posts regarding carcinosen..
The last sentence of the following statement has caused me to panic a bit..
It is not necassarily indiacted in people with family history of cancer . Cancer type is not a miasm, it can occur in any person. e.g. Many a times it is indicated in people who are brudened by extra ordinary responsibility at a young age or have been repeatedly abused or in people who have lived through prolonged fear.
Can you please calrify if people with hypochondria who fear are exposed with such a risk.. I just wanted to clarify as I often mininterpret what is mentioned and this would go on and on in my mind..
I would want to get rid of this negative thinking/panic at the earliest. I trust you and Dr Murthy would be able to help me get out of this at the earliest as it causes a lot of discomfort when I hear/see such things as mentioned above..

Prior to this I used to worry lot without seeking clarification as what I read in papers and what I see on TV cannot be clarified. however now that you are here I have decided to clarify this so that it does not aggrevate my fear and I dont keep thinking about this and fearing about this throughout.

Thanks a lot Sameer.. Please let me know how should I start my treatment and what should I do in detail. I am returning back on to India tomorrow. I woudl but the medicines tomorrow but would be able to start the same on monday as I am going out with my family on a small outing this weekend.

I am not so particular about the taste of food etc
However I am very demanding when it comes to work. I expect the best from my colleagues.
At home I would expect my wife and son to do well and be the best. However other than these expectations I am not very much demanding.
I should add that i was very much protected by my parents when I was brought up which has made me a bit delicate. At times I am sensitive to certain situations and at times I am not.
How much do you worry about cleanliness and order ?
I worry about cleanliness quite a bit. Especially if the room if very dirty or things thrown hapazardly I get quite irritated. I am very particular about the cleanliness of toilets. Not so much about order though.

Like to achieve the targets be on time or early for work or any appointments. I plan well in advance so that I reach the airport well before time.

I am more instinctive about spending money. if I like something may immediately but later think about the fact whetehr my decision to spend so much money was right. however when it
comes to spending huge money like buying a car/house I first think whether I can repay the loan etc and it takes a lot of time for me to get convinced that I can do it. For example for buying a car I think a lot on whether to buy or not whether would make sense in buying a new diesel car would it be beneficial would it have the same comfots as a petrol car etc. I take a lot of time to decide. Thoughly I do have a strong urge and instinct to buy the car. I am a kind of person who would get attracted to buy a car if my friend or neighbour has brought a car or if someone of buying a piece of land I would start searching for the same though I know I would not be able to afford it I keep searching for one. Eventually I may end up buying nothing.
However at work I am a very instinctive decision maker and am very quick in making decisions.
Similarly while changing a job I may think a lot before changing..

So can we describe you as an anxious, proper, tense and worried person who has great anxiety about his health, likes cleanliness, tries to be perfect at work, plans carefully, and worries about health of family members(who privide his security base)?

Perfect discription..I am anxious about the future. Anxiety about health is primarily about the fear of hospitalization and the pain some treatments cause and contracting some incurable diseases and suffering in life.
