Acne on forehead

Hello, I usually have mild acne... for some reason (probably using too many products at one time) my forehead went crazy... so I stopped everything but it has still be very difficult to get rid of... I bought some arnica today 30C in the tablets (ball). put three in water, let them dissolve and hit the bottom three times, saw the bubbles and too two tablespoons. Is this the right way to do it? I will update with progress to see if it works for me.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Day 2 taking arnica... my forehead seems to be healing alot quicker than usual. i've had scabs that have been there a couple of weeks that are beginning to fade. also with taking the arnica, i am using chickpea flour as a mask at night and using a rosewater witch hazel toner with aloe vera in it - all natural. i am really beginning to see results and my spots are disappearing faster and my skin is not red and inflamed.
