Joint pain in the Knees
Hi, I'm in need of which remedy to offer for my father. He is about 55. He has pain in the knees and sometimes they swell. He used to wear a leg brace he can't bend he's knee too much. I really want to get him help. He works full time and his job isn't easy he works under trucks with springs and such and has been doing so for the 27 years of my life. From what I remember he likes to soak in baths and almost always falls asleep. He weighs about 190 he's between 5'6 and 5'9. He's not thin and not heavy. I was looking in the search engine for remedies and looked at combination Arthritis no. 86 and Bufo Rana. Before I purchase I would need a professionals opinion as It would be costly and inaccurate if it's not the right one. If you need more information please don't hesitate to ask.UmmHady on 2008-09-28

bufo is the wrong selection of drug.You should try urtica urens200c weekly single dose for 1month .along with take calc phos 6x,5tab twice daily for 1month.

Thank you for your reply Zahid! I will ask my father if he has any sensitivities hot/cold and wetness. Is it possible I get more opinions. Also, since I'm new to this I'd like to ask can anyone respond or only those with experience?

urtica urens should be beneficial for pain related to high Uric Acid, that too in mother tincture or 3X. The crystallization of uric acid, very rarely occurs in larger joints. So knee ???
It is better to get the Uric Acid checked.
I will suggest :-
Bryonia 200 & Salicylicum Acid 200
one dose each together at morning & noon. Late night give one dose of Rhus Tox 200, for one week. Also report of Uric Acid???
