well guess I am clear example of the danger of homeopathy.
10M was to strong (crazy experience with paranoia and fears) and this hasnt gone away.
I am trying to meditate and sure there is improvement. For example when I wake up at 3 am and cannot go back to sleep from this high fear state, and crazy images of machines, scary faces the moment I close my eyes etc.
I wonder whether meditation is just possible to give temporary relief or can it make this go away permanently with time??
It is that I feel sometimes quite relaxed from the meditation, but than the next night I might get triggered again and than I question the effectivness of meditation. Whether it is just temporary giving relief, not possible to become permanent?

Thank you for responding. That helps a lot. I have given my case to several classical homeopaths over the past 10 years with very little response. The only remedy I had any success with was lach. And then after several doses seval montsh apart it no longer provided relief. My local homeopaths I know personally, and they don't have enough experience in my opinion. I would certainly be open to having an experineced homeopath on the forum hear/take my case. I do believe David began to work with me but now as you say he is ill...
I am a holistic doctor in the States and have dosed myself with sepia after careful examination... I am not professionally trained in homeopathy, but I do have a basic knowledge. If someone is willing to take my case I would be quite grateful
