sinusitis

I am a male aged 36 years and have acute sinusitis. during this period my nose is blocked (more on the left) and it pains severely at the base of my nose and on the left eye brow severely. since then i have been taking citrazine chloride. (this only gives me temporary relief). the attack is marked with headache and breathing problem. earlier the exudation was yellow ( i think on account of bacterial infection). this time around it is watery exudation and the cough like material coming out is longist in nature.
I like hot and spicy food. I like humidity. the problem agravates when the whether is dry.
My doctors have advised me to get it operated. please advise a homeopathic medicine that is a long term cure for me.
