Uveitis
I had conjentivitis in the year 1991 and therefater I had floaters in my eyes , more in right eye.On consulting doctors I was told that no treatment is available. In the year 2001, the Doctor on check up told me that I had lesser vision in right eye. On visiting doctor I was told that there was some inflamation in my eyes nad was advised to take Kanacort steriod injection and Letopred eye drop. This treatment continued at Hinduja Hospital for more than one year . When ever I stopped using eye drop I gor redness and burning sensation in eyes.Due to prolong use of steriods and floaters , the doctors has told me I have uveitis and beginning of catract.I have been advised to take steriod orally but I have not statted . Except of mild BP I have no other problem.I am taking now homeopthaic medicine since last 10 days but so far there is no improvement.The medicines are :(i)FIve Phos 6x 4 tab 4 times
(ii)Natrun Muriatcum 12x
(iii)Natrum Sulphuricum 3x
(iv)Calcaria Florica 3x
Please tell me when I sahll get the positive effect of these medicine. I have been told by my doctor to continure this for 4 months.

Did you ever cure this ? I have posted a question about Uveitis as I have a horse with it and would be very interested in learning if it has improved.

It is a much loved retired horse, (his name is Monty)who has Uveitis. We live in Victoria, Australia, the climate here is described as Meditteranean meaning mild winters and hot summers.
He is a 20 yo gelding, and has had this for about 2 years. I have been treating it with Silver solution and Eyebright eye formula. This helps a lot, but doesn't get rid of it.It is Spring here now in Australia and the UV in the sunlight is getting stronger, so this is causing it to flare again. It is VERY painful, his eye waters a LOT and he only partially opens his eye. The inside of his eyelids are VERY red and irritated.The actual eyeball is cloudy. As he is unable to see from this eye, (the right eye) he is very easily frightened. Also I suspect he is a little depressed.Speaking to someone yesterday who has a horse shop, I was told MANY people are coming in and mentioning their horse has this.
I suspect it is a bacterial microscopic worm called Leptosperosis. I have had this also and know that the treatments offered by vets and/or doctors don't fix it.
I DO NOT believe in pharmaceutical drugs and do not use them. I am looking for a Homeopathic remedy 'Leptospora' which I hope will kill/control this.
I have had 3 horses with this, and they all had access to a dam, this is where I suspect the infection came from, the source is usually faeces of ducks, rats, and cattle.
We have 2 cows who drink from this dam, and this is perhaps where the contamination comes from. Horses DON'T poo in water, cows DO.

Hello Mr. Sunil,
Has the homeopathic treatment benefitted you in anyway.My brother has lost vision of one eye as a result of this & has developed inflammation in the other eye also.He is on heavy medication now which might continue for the rest of his life.Pls. do write to me how are you now & if you could recommend me something.
