Zabela,
I don't know what information to provide regarding my personality. Is there a questeionnaire to use as a guideline?

I have trouble eating, cannot eat warm foods, don't enjoy eating and have a lack of appettite

insomnia, cannot sleep 6-8 hours straight

inflammation and very possibly water retention. Majority of inflammation appears to be on my mid back. Possibly made worse from daily washes of dishes

real bad headaches on the top of my head when I engage in conversations Have trouble accessing my memory. Bad short term memory.

I'm sure most of my symptoms stem from psychological stress/anxiety.

Thank you for any and all the help and guidance you can provide.

You may want to consider Sepia or Phosphorus.

What's your age and occupation?

Are you more a chilly or warm person? How do you take hot and cold weather?

raphaeloliveira last decade
Hi Raphael
thank you for taking the time to help me.

My age is 50, unemployed

Having difficulty judging whether I'm a chilly or warm person because my throat causes me to break out in sweats easily depending on what I expose my throat too. Lately, I've had to keep my window cracked open and sometimes the front door opened even if it's cold outside.

Forgot to ask where I find information to help me look into Sepia and Phosophorus

Thank you again.

Hi,

can you please describe this more

'Headaches started as a result of being harassed in the workplace. '

What kind of harassment was this ? I know this is a private issue, but this is important to know in order to pick your remedy.

And, by the way Sepia has a certain etiology either from confinement/child birth or from being over worked with domestic responsibilities and the patient shows either a strong apathy or a very strong desire to be 'busy' which are not strongly indicated in your case. A sepia state develops when a woman ends up compromising her independence (which she loves) due to domestic commitments. I do not feel that is the case with you.

'Difficulty standing due to hip injury.'

When was this injury suffered, what kind of injury was this...which part is exactly inflammed ?

.. and what other symptoms arose from this injury ?

sameervermani last decade
actually Sepia might fit to a certain degree. I was treated as a slave when I lived at home. I was always extremely busy.Rarely, time for myself or for anything else. I was expected to do all the housework, raise the kids etc. In the case of what kind of harassment. Sexual harassment, bullied by lower classification staff, higher management blamed me for everything, higher management expected me to take on management responsibilities that were never assigned nor discussed with me (some one from human resources told me this). Management expected me to take on lower classification employee's work besides my own work. Eventually turned into harssment to specificly throw me out of the job by even higher management. Too much is expected from me from humans. It's as if humans think I'm God and a mind reader, and expect me to know my responsibilities without ever discussing them with me. Same at home.Parents expected me to be the parent although it was never discussed.I was just expected to know what was expected from me.

where do I read about phosphorus and Sepia for myself?

helpmeplease last decade
Hmm.. you can read it here,

sep.html " rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">http://homepage.ntlworld.com/homeopathy_advice/Remedies/POLY...

but Sepia does not quite seem to fit your case history.

Phosphorus might indeed be a part of the case, but it does not come through strongly at the moment and this might take some time to come to the surface.

I also asked about the injury above. Could you please answer that ?

right hip.

the pain is felt primarily in center of the buttock. The part that dimples in. This injury was suffered in summer of 1999 while picking someone up to move to wheelchair. Takes a long time to adapt to shoes. It's like my foot arch has become stiff and has to adapt. I have to have arch support. Oftentimes, I've gone without wearing shoes (socks only). Had to discontinue driving manual transmission without power anything.

Any shoes I wear need to be wide. Shoes cannot not be restrictive.

This injury also affected mid back. Took me a couple of years or more to realize I had a hip injury not only a back injury.

Another symptom that really annoys me is that I tend to run hotter in my head and colder on my feet.

This really bothers me because I have to wear short hear.

Has anyone ever heard of this symptom as it relates to homeoapthy?

Keep in mind that there's a possibility you may need to take more than just 1 remedy in order to achieve completely balance. When that's the case, it's one single remedy at time, always. As people grow up they tend to change, sometimes within the same constitutional remedy, or sometimes becoming a different remedy picture. Either way what matters most for now is your current state, therefore those two remedies that I mentioned are the two best possible choices I've found so far based on what you represents.

I still give a slightly preference for Sepia, due to the fact that I haven't found yet any reference on Phosphorus regarding these two peculiar symptoms that you have:

- Sweat after eating warm food
- Coldness of foot with heat of head

Sepia covers both plus mostly of the others symptoms you've mentioned until now.

If you're doing all this on your own, you may consider taking a test dose in medium potency of the remedy selected, to see what response you get. You can take a look at the links below, but knowing that you shouldn't rely only on that info when it comes to decide for a remedy, but this can certainly give you an idea of these two remedies picture:

Tell me , what was the primary feeling that came out of this :

'Sexual harassment, bullied by lower classification staff, higher management blamed me for everything, higher management expected me to take on management responsibilities that were never assigned nor discussed with me (some one from human resources told me this). '

Was it humiliation ?
Was it grief ?
Was it anger ?
Was it indignation ?

Also, have there been any other events in the past, where you have been abused in any way ?

And, can you please elaborate a bit more on this

'I feel like they don't like me because they think I think I'm too good. '

The main feeling that I was left with is that of feeling stoned by the mob.Possibly the feeling the prostitute (in the bible story felt) when the whole town was against her and were going to stone her.

Not sure I would describe it as being victimized. It's more like humans get angry if I don't let them do what ever they want with me.Men get upset/revengeful if I don't have sex with them and the parents and the employees and bosses get angry if I refuse to be their slave. Or if I refuse to let them take advantage of me.

I can't think of any other situation where I found myself in this circumstances. Normally, I leave a situation right away if I feel disrespected.

Not being able to understand human behavior limits my ability to explain the circumstances I find myself in.

raphaeloliviera,

Thanks for helping me with this. It's worth giving both sepia and phosphorus a try. I'll start with 30c and see what happens.

A daily dose for two consecutive days should already be enough to evaluate the efficacy of a remedy in this potency. You may dissolve the pellets in a small amount of water instead of taking them dry under the tongue.

raphaeloliveira last decade
Well since you are 'trying' remedies, I would leave this case for now, but I would be here in case you need further assistance. I have remedies in mind, and will need to confirm them before zeroing in.

I doubt if Sepia (a remedy which has only some physical indications in your case) would achieve much here, but it will be interesting to see the response. It might ameliorate some physical symptoms.

sameer,
Please provide a list of other remedies you want me to try so I can order them all together. I need to order the remedies.

Hello Sameer and Raphael,

The Sepia 30c worked great!!!!! I took two doses within a 24 hour period.

I don't break out in sweats anymore. I was always breaking out in sweats each time I exposed my throat to something too cold or too warm.

Thank you.

I would appreciate your help once again. I have a severe case of swelling on my entire legs. My thighs look like they are about 5 pounds over weight each. I'm a very petite woman and my legs look deformed. My socks leave huge indententions. I will start a new thread if you prefer to answer there. Thank you very much. You are God sent.
