Pilonidal cyst help!!
Hello,My husband has a pilondal cyst. He went on the forum & saw that you suggested:
Myristica 200 - a dose
After 48 hours use Silicea 6 or Silicea 30 three times a day.
Then take Silicea 200 one dose in the morning & one does in the evening
Then Calcarea Sulph 6X 4 pills 3 times a day, start 2 days after taking Myristica 200.
He notice back in May that he has this lump, we did research & found out it was pilondial cyst. Only 2 times since May has it leak through the tunnels. Every 2 weeks to 1 month since May, the cyst will flare up & bubble up. Then it pops & leaks puss out for 3 days then drys up. He order the medicine you suggested up there, & hasn't really help it. Over a month ago he took Myristica 200, it didn't really flare up till a week after taking that. Then when he started taking Silicea 6, not much puss came out when the cyst burst. Then about 2 weeks later it burst again. It' seems to only stay open for 3 days then it closes up. Any suggestions on what we can do? I'm 30 weeks pregnant & trying my best to get his cyst cleared up. By the way we order the medicine you suggested through the abc homeopathy. Do you know of anything else we can try? We dont want to do surgery at all, would like to treat this from home.
Thank you for your time, I really appreciate any suggestions you have.
Sincerely,
Sarah Nicholson

Three doses of Myristica 200 in gaps of 1/2 hour...2moro morning. (Internal doses)
Then wait for a week...within which the cyst will busrt open and allow all the pus to leak out.
Keep cleaning it and apply calendula cream locally.
No other med for one week ..internally.
Let me know progress.

I will start him on that. Last Wednesday when the cyst burst open a a piece of hair that was 2 inchs long came out of the cyst. At first I thought it was stuck under the bandage, but it came directly out of the whole of the cyst. I didn't see much puss drain out last week, but the hair that came out. Is this normal for a piece of hair to come out like that? Thanks so much for replying back!

Question...
I haven't given him the Myristica 200 yet, my husband says the cyst is hurting him & looks like it's going to burst. It's bubble up now, should I still give him the Myristica 200? How should I clean the area?

Give him the Myristica 200 again as suggested, it will open up the cyst very quickly and the pain will subside.
If pain persists...give him Belladona 200 at intervals of one hour...4 doses.
Clean the area with wet cotton and then apply Calendula cream ...which will ensure that infection doesn't spread.

I gave him 3 doses of Myristica 200 as you said. It looks the cyst is about to burst. Should I give him another dosage of it? Should I stop giving him the Silicea 6, that is suppose to help drain it out?

Wait with Silicea 6 for the time being (24 hours atleast).
The hair must be a hair strand grown on the skin in that area...becoz of the pus formation its root would have lost the base in the skin. No need to loose your sleep over it !
Normally pilonidal cyst develops in the area where there is hair growth.

I pulled the piece of hair directly out of the cyst. I saw a small dark thing sticking out, so I pulled it with tweezers.

The cyst burst yesterday & leak out puss & blood yesterday & this morning. I just checked it now & it scab over. What should I do? Shouldn't it leak out more puss? If i press on it, my husband says it hurts him. Any suggestions?

More pus will come out...if you have given the repeat of myristica. If you haven't done it yet, go ahead and give the repeat dose (of three as suggested earlier.)
Let all the pus flow out , then he will be fully cured.
