GUIDELINES FOR GIVING HOMOEOPATHIC CASE INFORMATION
It is important to describe all your problems in as much detail as you are able. One word answers and short sentences are not particularly helpful. Discuss each problem one at a time, providing (as a minimum level of detail) the following information.
1. What exactly happens?
2. Describe all sensations and pains. Each pain or sensation should be described in such a way that allows us to imagine having the same pain.
3. What causes the problem to get worse after it has started occurring?
4. What creates some relief for the problem?
5. What triggers the problem into occuring?
6. What time of the day or night does the problem occur?
7. When did the problem start? What was happening in your life at that time? Did some specific event or treatment take place just before the problem started?
Move from one problem to the next, doing the same thing. IT IS VITAL THAT YOU GIVE A COMPLETE PICTURE OF YOUR HEALTH BY PROVIDING ALL PROBLEMS YOU HAVE, EVEN IF NOT CONNECTED TO THE MAIN ONE, AND EVEN IF YOU CONSIDER IT OF LESS IMPORTANCE. You should address each problem separately using the above 7 questions as a guide.
As well as this, please describe any traumatic incidents that have taken place in your life. Discuss anything that has had a lasting impact on you mentally, emotionally or physically.
Discuss the way that you manage or deal with your problems, or any problems that occur in your life.
Discuss any patterns you have noticed in your behavior especially concerning your disease.
Discuss any part of your life where you feel stuck or unable to change and grow, especially where this occurred around the beginning of your disease, or as the disease evolved.
Describe your childhood and the kind of environment you grew up in, with reference to your relationships with your family, your school experiences, and any serious childhood diseases.
If your earlier discussions have not mentioned these already, please describe:
1. The specific foods that you crave (not just like) or hate
2. The specific drinks that you crave or hate
3. What your sleep is like
4. How the weather and the temperature affects you
5. What kinds of things in the environment you are particularly sensitive to
6. What your general level of energy is like
7. What your level of sexual energy or desire is like
8. Describe your menstrual cycle
9. Also give these details
a) Body type and build
b) Skin colour and texture
c) Areas of the body tends to perspire on
d) Odour of sweat, body, stool, flatus, urine
e) Colour of stool, urine, sweat
10. Give any reactions to vaccines or medical drugs.

Thanks David for taking up my case. Here are my answers:
GUIDELINES FOR GIVING HOMOEOPATHIC CASE INFORMATION
1. What exactly happens?
Latest is - Sepia 200 4-6 pills once in 15 days to cure hormonal imbalance, miscarriage tendency and finally to conceive and deliver a healthy child. But within few hours i feel intense heat in my body and also urino genital burning throughout the day. same problem used to happen with any other homeo medicines also.
2. Describe all sensations and pains. Each pain or sensation should be described in such a way that allows us to imagine having the same pain.
There is no pain at all. It is just the feeling of intense body heat - palms are hot, soles burning, vulvular burning, eyes burning, full body is heaty. My husband dislikes my touching him, because my hands and whole body is hot. I love to wear only cotton clothes and even in them i feel heaty.
3. What causes the problem to get worse after it has started occurring?
I start my day with lukewarm milk tea - this is my favourite and prefer to drink 2-3 glasses in a day. at the same time i drink 3- 4 glasses of lemon water to alkalize my system and also many litres of plain water and 2 -3 glasses of alkaline water. eating sour foods like curd (its my habit to eat curd everyday), lime, baking soda water, antacid, alkaline citrate increases vulvular burning - these are just some instances when burning is more. But what ever bland cold food i eat, body heat is always present.
4. What creates some relief for the problem?
bathing in cool water, rubbing ice thoughout the body, sitting in cool tub of plain water, sleeping on cool floor, when i sweat and body becomes cool.
5. What triggers the problem into occuring?
Sepia 200 dry pills or any other homeo pills for that matter, sour foods.
6. What time of the day or night does the problem occur?
All through the day. night it stops when i sleep on cool floor directly under full speed fan.
7. When did the problem start? What was happening in your life at that time? Did some specific event or treatment take place just before the problem started?
i take some allopathic medicine daily (folate and vitamin E) and limited homeo medicines for conception. whatever homeo pills mostly 200c or less potency, i develop intense full body heat.

i strongly feel should rename my post as body becomes heaty after any medicine, not just Sepia.
this is the only reaction i do to all medicines apart from 30% expected reaction. So the body heat and burning overshadows the good effects.
as i see good results and believe the medicines am taking - so am I dosing myself wrong with the right remedy and hence will liquid dosing of Sepia help me ??

I need more information, many of the questions haven't been answered completely.
While the heat is a strong symptom, there are over 60 remedies known to cause/cure intense burning heat. Ways must be found to differentiate between all these remedies.
For a remedy to be given to cure, the whole of your health needs to be detailed. Short answers are not very useful. It may also be that you have not understood what kind of answer I wanted, and often people have not had their case taken properly before.
Can you please revisit these questions or expand on the following things you have mentioned:
1. Describe more on the irritable, bad mouthed, angry. When does it happen, what triggers it, what makes it worse, what makes it better? What do you do when you feel this way?
2. Where do you feel stuck or unable to grow in your life? This is in relation to your life not a specific symptom.
3. Describe your childhood and the environment you grew up in. Every person has their own unique experience while growing up, please describe what you remember, especially noting the times in your life where you had trouble adapting or coping.
4. Describe more on your character, looking at those things that create problems for you or create problems for others. Especially important are fears and anxieties, or any other kinds of behaviours or feelings that restrict your ability to enjoy your life or live with complete freedom.
5. What is your sleep like? How easily do you go to sleep, do you stay asleep all night, do you need to sleep in specific positions, how do you feel on waking? Do any symptoms occur during sleep, in bed, at night?
6. What kind of dreams do you have? Describe any that reoccur, or any images or themes that reoccur. Have your dreams changed since the burning started?
7. Is temperature the only thing in the environment, in the world, that you are sensitive to?
8. Do you get any premenstrual symptoms? Do you get any pain during menses? When does the pain happen? What is the pain like? What makes it better, what makes it worse? When do your menses start in the day or night? Do you get any other symptoms during menses (headaches, bloating, sweating, vaginal discharges etc)?

David,
have tried my level best to answer more clearly
1. Describe more on the irritable, bad mouthed, angry. When does it happen, what triggers it, what makes it worse, what makes it better? What do you do when you feel this way?
I am always angry for even small mistakes and shout loudly and also expletives - my full family is soft and hates it, still i shout because of constant burning, am using them. Because of this I am a bad misbehaved lady in the house now - only saving grace is there is no small child in the house to see all this.
If I do not get what i want to eat, if my husband is lazy, gets up late, if my mother advises me not to worry about child -- all this makes me angry and I ask them after all medical help - why me ? Why cant I conceive and deliver ? I start shouting very very bad words sometimes at them and other times at my situation.
Sleeping makes anger less or just i drink water and sit quietly munching something in front of TV under full speed fan.
I feel bad about my behaviour but there sudden spurt of anger.
2. Where do you feel stuck or unable to grow in your life? This is in relation to your life not a specific symptom.
unemployed, as I am waiting to deliver my child - now even that decision is looking like a wasted never ending wait. unemployment and barrenness are two things, which are stagnating me.
3. Describe your childhood and the environment you grew up in. Every person has their own unique experience while growing up, please describe what you remember, especially noting the times in your life where you had trouble adapting or coping.
Childhood - I have always been midly extrovert and am good at making friends and striking conversation first, if I have spare time. Excelled in studies and like to gain knowledge. As of now morose and lonely, avoid talking to even known people because of my barrenness.
4. Describe more on your character, looking at those things that create problems for you or create problems for others. Especially important are fears and anxieties, or any other kinds of behaviours or feelings that restrict your ability to enjoy your life or live with complete freedom.
i want to want to be a mother and useful to my husband. my barrenness and while trying to solve it, the bad side effect of severe body heat is making hopeless.
i take a remedy, but instead of curing it is giving me additional problems. my barrenness is my bane and am living my life, just existing - cooking, eating ,sleeping and dr rounds for tests and scans.
my needs are simple - cotton clothes, soft ordinary slippers, vegetarian food, to become a mother
5. What is your sleep like? How easily do you go to sleep, do you stay asleep all night, do you need to sleep in specific positions, how do you feel on waking? Do any symptoms occur during sleep, in bed, at night?
10:30 - 7:00 am. i sleep easily and sleep all night. get up everyday around 3 am to use the toiled. like to sleep on stomach.
i feel why should i wake to face another barren day.
6. What kind of dreams do you have? Describe any that reoccur, or any images or themes that reoccur. Have your dreams changed since the burning started?
not much dreams. rarely some dreams about my younger cousins giving birth and going ahead of me in life and me stagnating. even since burning there are no dreams.
7. Is temperature the only thing in the environment, in the world, that you are sensitive to?
yes, body heat is the only byproduct of homeo medicines. am highly adjustable to most things in life. i have great immunity.
8. Do you get any premenstrual symptoms? Do you get any pain during menses? When does the pain happen? What is the pain like? What makes it better, what makes it worse? When do your menses start in the day or night? Do you get any other symptoms during menses (headaches, bloating, sweating, vaginal discharges etc)?
no PMS at all. no pain even. there is no time pattern in my menses. bloating had always become a part from my life because my depressive binging habit, no exercise and hormonal medicines - so this is not menses symptom.
have tried my level best to answer more clearly

-unable to become a mother
-meaningless life
-shamed in front of society
-wasted uterus - good for nothing
-spoiling my husband's future, why should i have married him ?
-a big insult to my family
-why to still continue living, when i am useless to my loved ones ?
- when all working ladies can safely give birth, why can't I, who is still unemployed for this main purpose ?

Sepia is not barren so much as they are unable to carry children. There is a feeling of the baby being a burden, of it taking too much out of them, needing too much of the mother, and they cannot spare this or do not want to give it. Their uterus does not have the power to hold the child, it lets it go, drops it so to speak.
For this reason I do not believe Sepia could have been your remedy, as these are not your feelings.
Am I right in understanding that you are saying your life has no meaning if you cannot bear a child? That you are useless, and should not live, unless you can become pregnant, become a mother?

yes David, I feel it is useless for me to live when i cannot deliver a child and lead a healthy hormonal life.
i feel it after all the simplest thing i am asking for being born as a lady.
i need to be useful to my family and hence lead a meaningful life, not just cook, eat, sleep, and feel ashamed to face other families with children.
depressive habits include munching some oily/non oily snack or the other all through the day even when not hungry, drinking 5-6 cups of lukewarm milk tea, sleeping most of the time, and at times sudden angry outbursts.

depressive habits include munching some oily/non oily snack or the other all through the day even when not hungry, drinking 5-6 cups of lukewarm milk tea, sleeping most of the time, and at times sudden angry outbursts.

i took sulphur 30 and it helped about 30% reduction in heat and its associated burning.
want to add that there is no pain no itiching. just heat all over the body which is pronounced in certain sensitive body parts like eyes, vulva, palms and soles.

well before taking sulphur 30, i have noticed these two things:
1) burning is gone when i sweat. in my childhood, i used to sweat a lot - even on my head, palms and soles. now a days, i am always under fan, and dont do any physical exercise, i don't sweat as much
2) when i am preoccupied in some full day errands - physical activity like walking and travel whole day, say about 5-6 hours, i dont even remember burning. i want to be active most of the time, if not always.

How did you take the Sulphur, in what form, how often?

Sulphur is strongly indicated for your case.
You need to prepare and take the dose correctly however, to get a more effective response.
You will need a small bottle with a dropper (15-30mls). Mix into this bottle 5 parts water to 1 part alcohol (such as vodka or brandy). Dissolve 2 pillules into this bottle.
For each dose, hit the bottle firmly against the palm of the hand twice. Place 1 drop into 1/4 cup (60ml) of water, stir thoroughly and take 1 teaspoon into the mouth. Throw the rest of the cup away.
Repeat this once each day for 3 days.
It is also quite possible that 30c is simply too low a potency to deal with the intensity of your problem. It seems to me that 200c would be a more suitable potency. To start, use the 30c and get hold of 200c.

thanks David, will try liquid dose of sulphur 200 on thursday.
have taken a single dose of sulphur 30 on monday. initially it reduced the burning for about 4-5 hours then again intense burning has started along with nauseating feeling. inspite of the cool rainy weather here, i am suffering heaty organs within. no wonder i am unable to carry any life within - feel like my uterus is a furnace after Sepia, how can it hold life ?
My Sepia experiences are:
1) Sepia 1M caused severe shoulder and back and upper arm pains - unable to move my hands
2) Sepia 200 is causing severe heat and burning
So now I can understand why I may not be a Sepia person.
As was trying to divert my attention from the heaty sensation, read about these related remedies - Helonias, Viburnum opulus, Trillium pendulum, Lilium tigrinum, pulsatilla etc
Do not want to try any remedy unless prescribed by professional homeopaths, so could you suggest a homeo medicine, that will regularize my hormones, heal my missed/ threatned abortion tendency and still keep my organs at normal temperature (prefer them to be cool as cucumber, as it is always possible to heat up the system through Indian diets and climate) ? A single piece of ginger to stop my nausea, could heat up my body yesterday to cause burning again!!

I am happy to continue prescribing for you - not wanting to diminish the severity of your suffering but your case is pretty interesting.
I have some other ideas we can pursue. Sulphur covers your symptoms in a very broad way, but I may be able to find something more specific if it doesn't help.
What do you feel you have too much of in your body right now?

thank you David, God bless you !!
Rest of my body is cool while my palms, arm folds (hollow above elbow joint), similarly leg folds (hollow below the knee joint), inner thighs are hot. urine is copious but hot, sometimes colourless some times yellow and burning.

Yesterday morning, i happened to drink a cup of dark black coffee and also ingest some pieces of mint and camphor to just stop the heaty burning. Touch wood, the burning sensation has gone.
So i want to know if i should still take liquid dose of Sulphur 200 / sulphur 30 before u prescribe a plant remedy for me ?

Sulphur covers the symptoms so just take that - do you have 200c now? If so take that, in the split dose that I described for the 30c.
Why do you ask about a plant remedy? I never spoke about that.

since i am having some problem or the other with creature-based homeo medicine, i now dread to try them.
so thought wud try similar acting plant remedies and check out my reaction.
ok will take suplhur 200c as split dose.
pls tell me if sulphur 200 can be my single remedy for my hormonal problems or have u give it to cure my intense body heat to be taken along with Sepia 200?

I don't quite understand this idea of taking similar plant remedies. Sulphur is a mineral not an animal remedy.
Sulphur suits the symptoms you have given, and it already produced an improvement just in 30c.
It may be just suitable for the most recent symptoms and you might need a different remedy for your long term problems. Only by trying the Sulphur will we know that for sure.

as such intense heat and related burning, had reduced 30% because of single dose of sulphur 30 and completely gone next day with some doses of black coffee + mint + camphor.
By animal remedy, i meant Sepia 1M and 200, which worked good just about 30%, but gave about 60% of bad effects. Similar was the case with Lachesis. that is why was looking at similar plant homoe remedies and came across some like Helonias, Viburnum opulus, Trillium pendulum, Lilium tigrinum, pulsatilla etc
but want to take them only after you suggest them. i dont want to do any trial and error myself on my body. i dont want to go back to intense body heat again :(
