Severe migraine with eye ache

Hello everyone.

i am a 23 year old guy. i have headache on top of the head as well as forehead, temples and above the eyes. My eye aches too. Sometimes the ache spreads to ears too. Now the problem has increased so much that i am unable to concentrate on whatever i read. My eyes are unsteady due to the eyeache and hence i cant concentrate on something for a long time. also my eyes are very sensitive to light and i am very sensitive to noise. the headache and sensitivity is making me very irritable that i get angered easily.

I work as a software preofessional and hence this requires me to sit infront of the computer and this further strains my upper back as well as the hind part of neck. I find it weird but lately even my jaws have started aching. to add to all this, i have also started getting acne on my forehad and temples.

This is affecting my performance and slowly i am losing interest and focus in my job.

Please help me.
