anal fissures

My friend was suffering from anal fissures with rectal bleeding. Tallying the symptoms, he started taking silicea30, thrice a day and after a month reduced the dose to once a day. It is now a month on a single dose. He is not completely cured but the situation is much better and there is no further aggravation. Should he continue taking silicea or should he stop?

my suggestion in this regard is as under:-
>> Silicia-30 should be stopped.
>> Wait for 1/2 week without any mediciation
>>> Then Start with Silicia-200 one dose after an interval of seven days (3/4 doses)
and report.
