urgent help - 4 year old fever

My 4 year old daughter (of weak constitution since birth( is suffering from high fever and congestion. She is not eating anything and whatever liquid we feed is vomited out. She has lot of flem in the throat and a sticky thing comes out with the vomit, mostly the color of food given. Her fever ranges from 100 - 103. We are trying to give paracetamol but that is thrown out.

Can you please suggest something.

About 15 days ago, my daughter had cough and cold. It took a 7 day course of antibiotic to get her back to normal.

However, she again caught a cough about 3 days back. The doctor said that her lungs and ears are clear but the infection is generating lot of flem. She did not ask to repeat the antibiotics. Yesterday she had very little food but she had something. She was quite sleepy and fever remained in te range of 100-103. We kept giving paracetamol every 4 hours. Since today she is not eating anything. If she eats / drinks something, she coughs and them vomits it out almost immediately. He is not energyless and restless. Her fever remains at 102-103 range.

i dont want u running around--will need more remedies as teeatment goes on--i see this---list what u have on hand

Is Bryonia for fever or congestion or both? My immidiate wory is that she should start eating something and keeping it inside, else she will land up in a hospital with a IV line, which we don't want.

its fof wrong tretament cold/cough fever-vomiting--doesnt cover whole pic --main is vomit /fever--and proceed through--but if have no remedies at all at home--and need travel far to get--this is GOING BECOME HARD---sulphur will be needed as far as tell after bryonia---BUT dependes on response of bryonia---could be we need use puls or nux in between --get things on trackkk---i got envolved due to emergency fever --

I gave her Bryonia, as instructed, but there seems to be no effect. The fever is still there (101) and she vomited all the milk that we gave her after 30 mins of giving the medicine.

She is very quite after illness. And to our surprise, she just wants to sleep. Screams if woken up. She has never been like this.

Breathing though nose mostly. She mostly like to sleep on side. At present she is doing the same.

We gave her flexon (paracetamol + ibuprofen). Fever has come down to about 99.

However, she continues to be dull, sleepy and irritated.
