sore throat with cough

hi, I am from new delhi
I get cold & cough very fast as soon as weather changes I become ill with fever,sore throat,congested chest,cough & stuffed nose sometimes with watery nose
right now I have cough which seems to be surpressed & while taking a deep breath hissing noise feels at the throat,if I cough I feel itching at my chin, & feel pain in my limbs. Iam feeling cold at my hands & i like warm things like sitting in sun having warm tea etc.
my history is I am suffering from nasal polypus & isnus for which i went medication for 1 year but to no effect.
Iam average built,fair,with good technical skills,learns fast,age of 35 years very much affected to weather changes,sneezing every now & then without any reason
please halp to get throat pain & cogh cleared

thanx started taking dulcamara 30 in pills wiil report in 3 days but there is feeling of fever & uncovered body parts specially hands feels cold & chilly

Hi,took dulcamara & now throat feels ok bu there is rattling sound from the chest while taking breath seems like phlegm is trapped in the chest there is also fever at night pls help

pl avoid dust cold hot icy spicy food never drink water after hot and oily food give proper wrap for cold protection and exposure

hi thanx akshaymohl iam ok now no cough & no rattling from chest everything is fine but 1 question please is there any medicine to increase immunity as i catch cold very fast & also I feel more cold than average is there any med?also my tounge gets coated by evening no matter how much I clean it during day time.
