This second one is interesting. Apparently I ate pizza again(mirchi loaded) same night had severe pain in abdomen, right chest went to ER and led to galbladder removal. I guess the pain in above post was from galbladder(infection).
I think most of my problems are with digestion or digestive system infection related. along with Thyroidism.

It seems to me that the following medicines may help you-
Singhanaad Guggulu
or
Trayodashang Guggulu

1-2 tabs in the morning and evening after meals.

Aloe Vera Juice

1-2 tbsp with hot water twice a day. (don't take with cold water). On the empty stomach in the morning and at bed time.

It is better if you follow the diet restrictions given in the link(ayurveda for you) that you have provided in one of your posts.

Pranayam may also be very helpful to you specially anulom-vilom pranayam.

It is good that you are doing research in ayurveda.

You may also obtain medical advice (they don't charge for advising) for ayurvedic medicines from Swami Ramdev's website
http://www.divyayoga.com/

Kindly excuse me as my post interrupts your communication flow with Dr. Pervez.
