This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
please write more about yourself

what negative traits do you have?

What are the things in your personality that you would change?

Please write about what ameliorates and worsens your condition.

Please remember to use your own words and do not talk in medical terms.

In homeopathy the pathology is of little use. As the disease might be mentioned in remedies. However the most important is your own words in describing you illness.
