need help in finding Homeopathic medicine name

Hello,

Could you please help in finding homeopathic medicine name which will help me take medicine in shop as doctor treating me as passed away.
It was treated for hypothyroidism from past 4 yrs had relief without cure.
Dosage was 4 pills in morning & 4 pills in evening every day like thyronorm. taste sweet with alcoholic smell.there is 'A' sign on tablet.
Please let me know how do i find out medicine name to continue medication
