Weight loss


I am married & working woman & my height is 5.2' & body is weighing around 61 kg .Due to this i have startrd feeling some pain in my knees during climbing stairs & also noe started llooking 8 yrs elder than my age . My actual age is 36 with no kids.pls advise some homepathy treatment or is Nat Phos 6x is ok for as i some times feel acidity also.

please give the following details about yourself
1. what do you think about people who are very close to you? Tell about the attitude of atleast two people close to you.
2. What constitutes your diet. Do you take heavy meals at night?
3. Are you doing any physical exercise regularly?
4. Do you experience any peculiar sensations in your body like pain, tingling sensation, burning sensation etc. If yes, how often and in which parts of your body.
5. Are your menses regular. If not describe the irregularity in detail.
6. At what time of the day do you feel most comfortable and at what time most uncomfortable? Tell us if you could identify such timings during the day.
7. Do you suffer from any problems like heart disease, diabetes etc.
8. Describe major illnesses that you had in your life. Also tell us how long did you take to recover.
9. Which season do you like summer or winter?

Pls find my reply according to each qusetion:-

1. two people who r close by to me r my younger sister & my husband as they r very honest & understanding. But my own inlaws r selfish by nature & disturbs me mentally.

2. I eat mostly pulses with rice during night.

3.Frankly not regular in doing exercises.

4. I feel acidity somr times & burning sensations also some times in the middle of the chest but still not regularly.& ofcourse tingling in the legs if i sit in one posture for long time spaecially with folded legs.

5. yes my menses r regular. .. no problems in this reagrd so far.

6. I feel more comfortable during early moring time & through out the day time till my night sleep hrs.its . some times depends on the situation also.

7. No i hv'nt suffer from heart & diabeties.

8.My major ilness is , i am suffering from severe Bronchistist problem & not recoverd yet.

9. Psychologically i love summers & months starting from March till October.

But pls help me in rducing my over weight.

i could not understand what problem you are talking about. whether it is asthama? What exactly happens when you suffer from attacks of the problem you are talking about? like gasping for air, constriction in chest etc., you may use hindi words like saas phoolna, jee ghabarana etc.

When i was 14 yrs old , i sufferd from some skin problem . it was like this ...when ever i use to take bath or leave my skin open specially in winters immidltly irritation(Kharish) use to start right from head to feet & any onecould see red rashes all over the body & it was so teribble position. Shown to lot of allopathy doctors but no one able to cured it. then after passing 3 months with this stage only , some one advise me some 'desi medicine' doctor, i had no option & didn't want to leave this oppertunity. so tried his medicimes for 15 days as per his assurance & i became suddenly allright.
so afterwards we started annalysing ... may it happend due to some ground drinking water : because there were lots of eucalyptus trees were grown in that area where we were staying. ... god knows what happend. I was good basket ball player in my school, after palying immdtly i use to drink lots of water.just after a gap of 2.5 yrs i suddenly developed lots of cough problem during nights after 12 , wheezing in the chest ... like dogs cry,& attacks ' sans Phoolna'--- it was just like that i could not control my breaths(very speedy)... my treatments went on & on tried ayurvedic, allepathic, homepathy very thing . yes I am also allerginc to any kind of smells, change of seasons -- my problems gets worst ... & i know what all antibiotics i have to take along with some other anti allergi medicines. Now i use 'aerocort' inhaler 3-4 times in a day . so after 20 yrs of long fight for this trouble ..... situation is not worst but still not better. i think when i keep repeating my antobitics courses .... gives me some sort of relief.most of the tiems chest conjustion is there ...may due to my wrong eating habbits as i love to eat rice...
Very importantant ... my mother side people r suffering from diffrent types of skin allergies problems & even Asthma . so may be its heridetary problem. when this problem started i had even for some diffrent allergise tests .. in Patel Chest Institute for Allergies & diagnosed ... some trees allergy , eucalyptus was also one of them....

pls advise further.

please provide the following details

1. which vegetable do you eat very often.
2. which vegetable you never eat or eat very less.
3. do you enjoy having very spicy and oily (like fried items like bhujia, paratha and too much oil in sabji) food daily. Do you have such items in your breakfast daily. Do you like sweets very much?
4. do you have lot of rice in your lunch too? Or for lunch you have more roti and less rice.
5. when have you taken any homeopathic remedy in the past? ie i want to know how long ago you did you take your latest homeo medicine.
6. did you try ayurvedic medicines? how long (like for 15 days or 6 months) did you try and can you get me the names of the medicines.
7. whether your bowel movement is normal, constipated or loose.

pls fond my reply accoeding to each question:-

1.there no particular vegetable which i eat very often ... for eg. 6 days ... 6 different types of vegetable.

2.i eat very less turnips.

3. no spicy , not very oily & parantha just once a week,
& in brak fast glass of milk & some times fruits or 2pcs of bread butter.

4.normally 2 chapaties with subji & curd or raita or some times one chapati with some rice.

5. sorry , i don't have the past homepathy prescription.

6. Even i dont' know the name of any desi or ayurvedic medicines

in allopathy - these days
cetzen -a, augmentin , alleried,ambrolite st, deryphelline-300mg, some times in severe cold - i try avil -25 mg , some cough syrups & some times i have go for nibuliser treatments.

7. normally its normal but since past one month its little irregular- means i go thrice a day

ok. sir ... i would like to share my other problem -- since past 2 months i feel very very mild pain in left side of throat ,& it goes to slightly in left ear. pls note its bearable, no bleeding, no fever ... no problems in swallowing hard or liquid , but while sleep some times i feel dry nes in my throat . i had gone to some homeopathy doctor , she has dignosed some infection in my throat , advised me not to eat too spicy salty & hot food............ pls advise in this regard also along with over weight & brochitist preoblems

Your skin disease has been supressed in the past and the supression has resulted in asthma. You are a chilly patient. You dislike winter and like other seasons. You are stout. All these symptoms point to the great anti-psoric remedy graphite.

Therefore i would recommend you to take 3 doses of graphite 30 on a single day at a gap of 4 hours. No more doses after that.

From the next day onward you should take bc 25 daily for 9 days regularly. It may be continued for a month. This should take care of your abdominal disturbance and it is also a good nourishment for body tissues.

The composition of bc 25 is
natrum sulph 3x
natrum phos 3x
silica 12x
in equal proportion.

All homeo companies like reckeweg, schwabe etc manufacture bc 25 and you should find it at any homeo shop.

Your supressed skin disease may erupt after taking graphite. Don't panik it will go away on its own.
Please report here after 10 days.

As regards your obesity problem, there are following good options of reducing weight-
1. Do pranayam regularly specially kapalbhati pranayam in the morning as well as evening.
2. Try to do the simple exercises given in the following thread
3. Take fibre rich diet. Rice contain less fiber than wheat therefore it is advisable to have less rice. Take plenty of green leafy vegetable in the form of sabji or soup.
4. Take 500 gm lauki daily in the form of juice or soup. Take juice after heating. Don't take it cool. This is one of the most wonderful vegetable.
5. Take wheat dalia or a dalia having a combination of cereals as given in a post started by me for Yogic Cure of Diabetes.
