Post Nasal Drip and Food AllergiesHi,
I have been suffering pnd for some years, with many of the other symptoms, headaches, neck aches, sometimes shooting pains in my tummy, dry mouth, etc. I recently stopped taking dairy products which is helping. I have been about a year dairy free, my pnd is much better, but still around. I still have bad headaches though so now suspect it may also be a gluten intolerance and, or other food stuffs. If you are having similar symptoms maybe do a food diary. If the syptoms seem to flair up after either or both dairy and gluten you may find it helps to cut them from your diet for a few weeks and see how you feel. Replace nutrients with something else though.
