Chronic Gastritis

Persistent for past 5 months.
Endoscopy detected esophagitis and mild gastritis
Biopsy results, Ultra sound, HIDA scan results - all normal.
Nexium and prilosec give only temperory relief. Stopping medicines gets back symptoms
Eating bland food, but still symptoms prolong.
Symptoms include a pain in the lower left+center chest. Excessive gas build up soon after eating, back hurts with gas. Hunger causes pain in the left side of the body. No sour burps. Constipation and Flatulence frequently. It is very confusing to find the right kind of diet and lifestyle. My work hours are long and sedentary. I try to eat foods with wholegrains etc. I dont smoke or drink alcohol. Please suggest remedies.

day 1
please take three doses of nux vomica 30c at a gap of four hours.

day 2 to day 10
please take three doses of natrum sulph 3x at a gap of 4 hours.

please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no black drinks, no junk food, not to eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine. please report after 10 days.

Please read my posts on the Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam by following the links given below. Practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning.

Dear Kadwa,

Thank you very much for the suggestions. I have Nux Vomica 30 in hand, but I only have Nat Sulph 30 with me and not Nat Sulph 3x. I will find out how to acquire this one soon. I will also try the pranayams you have specified. Thank you once again!
