help...severe tonsillitis m in trouble

first of all i want to say....
i have got severe tonsillitis even i m having difficulty in drinking water. it started wen i got some acid reflux whiz went up to throat to create some irration. after dat acid reflux went down. but throat irritastion went up causing a sore throat wid difficulty in swallowing. i think nt necessarily a tonsillitis.
after dat i took tonsil aid from bakson. den everything got aggravated wid severe tonsillitis. it is worse now.
i m nt taking the tablets nw.
symtons-
tonsillitis
pain over throat region
difficulty swallowing
tongue yello caoted in the deeper side only
no fever
no mucous
no weakness and cough
no nausea or feeling cold
everything fine except the tonsil part
no irritation feeling over throat. little loss of appetite
salivation high
urine yellow
stool liitle constipated
no sweat
got all dese going out in cold climate. it been four days(nt a chronic case).

i dnt want to take antibiotics.
tonsil aid comp-
Mercuricus Bin.Iod. 6x,
Kali Muriaticum 6x,
Belladonna 6x,
Baryta Carbonica 12x,
Ferrum Phos.6x.

please take three doses of mercurius sol 30c at a gap of 4 hours on a single day, not daily but only on one day, and report back after 3 days.

doses means how many pills??
i have got merc in pills.
currently i m on home remedies
like taking basil leaves,etc.
shud i stop dem or its ok wid homeopathy.
also i m taking a natural antiinflammmatory called serratiopeptase. shall i stop dat.?

Merc sol with alternate dose of Heper Sulph 30 with the same protocol as advised by dr. kadwa.

den i m little confused wid it
so i m taking 4 pills of merc sol 3 times 1st day. den da next day hepar sulph 30 doses. after i ll stop.
is it correct.
if nt plz reply soon. n tell me if i shall stop all home remedies and serratiopeptase anti inflam.
