Hi Dr.,
Got desperate and looked up homeopathy for sinus infection and took 2 doses of hepar sulph and a dose of pulsatilla 30c yesterday. This morning my neck glands are very swollen, my throat hurts when I swollen and the Right side of my head and neck now hurts. I am coughing up some yellow mucous now. Also my period started. Come to think of it I get alot of not feeling well around the same time my period starts...not sure if it means anything or not.
The sneezing has stopped but still having the frontal head pain and like I said now Right side neck and throat.
Please advise!
Son - gave him his dose of sulphur 1m this morning.

Hi Dr.,
Just wanted to give you a heads up about my son. He had his dose of Calc carb this morning and the Sulphur 1M yesterday. This has been a rough week for him. This morning he was coughing a bit and complained that his throat hurt, his Left ear and jaw. We managed to go to church, even park and around 1pm he fell asleep. He is still asleep now at 4pm and his body is burning up and his face is red. So just wondering if this continues on into the evening if I should give him anything.

sorry about the delay, take a dose of bryonia 30 one in the morning and then afternoon.
AFter that continue pulsatilla 30 for the next day we will see how things are.
About your son do not give him anything let the symptoms come up we will see if things go out of reach.

Just wanted to clarify things. Do I still give my son his am & pm dose of ruta, calc flour and pulsatilla 30c? Or was the pulsatilla just for that last week when he was wheezing and having all those issues? He is doing fine right now, cough now and then. His bowel movements were really off since that rough week but today he had 2 large ones. I have been trying to make sure he is getting enough water since he doesn't tend to be thristy very often. He took a 5 hour nap on Sunday but yesterday and today no nap and his energy levels are back up. He did complain of his Right eye (not the misaligned one) burning yesterday and saying one of his ankles and leg hurts but today no complaints of the eye but mentioned the ankle.
Mom - Able to be outside walking without the sneezing and itching. Feeling much better. Had a patch of bumps come up on Left leg, right under buttock (looks the same as I have had in the past), came up a few days ago, I think right after I took my dose of Causticum 1M. Things are opening up in the abdominal and pelvic area, still more to go but feel like things are started to feel a little more aligned and not getting out alignment as often.
Please advise about what I should be giving my son daily!

Oh the pulsatilla was just for the weeks time, you can stop it, and ruta and calc flour to be continued.

My son is wheezing a little, started last night. Then the teacher said he started coughing around 12, right before I picked him up from school. I can detect slight wheezing but he is doing well. I am out of pulsatilla 200c so only have the 30c on hand. If he starts to have difficulty or increased wheezing can I give the pulsatilla 30c?

Emergency! Hi Dr.,
My son just had a sample of a pancake with milk and eggs. He throat is itchy, his tummy hurts and he is coughing alot. I can hear the wet sound in his chest. I only have pulsatilla 30c on hand, no 200, so I just gave him a dose of that. Anything else we can do? Worried about it getting worse and not having on hand what I might need to give him.

Hi Dr.,
Okay we got through that one with relative ease. He was coughing and complaining of tummy ache for an hour or so. Was able to sleep through night, complained of tummy aching in am but went to school and made it through the day and was fine when I picked him up. I gave him one dose of Calc carb 200. Today he is a little weepy and not wanting to get ready, says he is tired. He has a small fever blister on his lower lip. He didn't have a bowel movement yesterday and just had small one now after I encouraged him to sit on toilet. He was somewhat gassy last night and this am.

Just wanted to give you an update. My son has been complaining of his right leg hurting, mainly behind the knee. Most of his life he has slept with his knees up or at least one up in the air. So lately is has the Right one up. The right hip is the area I have always seen as slightly rotated in and gives him trouble when riding a bike, etc. Even though it has improved I still see some lingering issues in that area. Also his bowel movements have changed a bit since that last incident a couple of weeks ago. He is not going daily, lately having alot of gas, I know he didn't have a bowel momement yesterday and I don't think the day before either. The eye still about the same, turns inward. Sometimes it looks almost centered but most times not.
So just wanted to give you an update.

Wondering if eye exercises isn't something we should consider. Wanted to run this by you and see what you think. My son is having a wheezing spell. He started having a runny nose then this morning sneezing some. When I picked him up from school he mentioned he was wheezing. Gave him a dose of pulsatilla 30c. Then later the wheezing got worse. We had ordered pulsatilla 200 and picked it up not too long ago and gave him a dose of that.
At the moment his body is very hot, he is wheezing some, not as bad as before and says his tummy aches. I did give him a new food, black eye peas and he ate them yesterday and today..not sure if it has anything to do with it or not. A friend gave him an acupressure session on Tues. and later he pooped (the 1st time in a couple of days), a small poop and then later a really long and large one.
Do we give him anything or see how it goes? It is almost 9pm and he is not asleep and just told me he thinks he will be up all night...because he feels bad.

Hey i am very sorry was held up in London for a few days and could not access the forum, well it seems you have given the right remedy so lets give him a few more doses of bryonia 30 and say three times a day and then wait for a day and see how he gets along and then we will change the remedy.

I figured you were traveling or something. We got through it. Today he has alot of thick mucous coming out of his nose but was active all day. He did end up missing a day of school and wheezing alot of about 48 hours. Should I have ars alb 200 on hand for these intense wheezing spells? I think I remember you saying that helps knock it out quickly or I think I remember that.
So tomorrow will be 15 days since my son has had the Sulphur 1M. If I would said I noticed anything it would be complaining of his Right leg hurting for a few days and asking me to rub his tummy for a few nights which is not something normally he does. Also I notice he is coming into himself, having more of a voice about what he wants and doesn't want. We are having issues with not having a daily bowel movement since the pancake incident. Do we take a 2nd dose of Sulphur 1M?
Mom - I forgot to take the Causticum 1M at Day 15, was thinking I did once a month so just took it 2 days ago. I am having another bad spell with my entire scalp feeling tight and swollen and with that comes the itchy eyes, constant sneezing, etc. I went walking with my family this morning, after taking the euphrasia and it was not a pleasant walk. Sneezing, blowing my nose, itching the entire time, heat just aggravates me when I feel like that. Wasn't able to go out with my family later since I was just miserable and exhausted from it all. I have been drinking water and aloe vera most of the day to have a bowel movement. My tongue has been coated for about 3 days and I never have a complete bowel movement. Is there anything that can help out with the bowel movements? I feel like that is a huge issue with my belly feeling bloated, my overall blah feeling lately. I do feel as if I am having more sensations in the belly area and sometimes can really feel a contraction when I have a bowel movement but things still feel very restricted in pelvic region and area from pubic bone to belly button has alot of scar tissue which doesn't allow free movement of the tissue.

It did show up in forum but when I sent it got a computer error so I am wondering if you received it since I don't know how that actually shows up for you. Just wanted to add my son is complaining on his legs hurting, behind the knees. We did quite a bit of walking the other day but it is something that he complains about often. My Mom is scheduled for an colonoscopy this Friday. I am a little concerned about her getting it. Recently she had blood in her urine and was on antibotics and then they prescribed something else due to damage to gut (or something along those lines). So I am just thinking in lines of timing maybe she should hold off, but even if I said so she probably won't listen. So I asking your opinion about the timing but if she doesn't delay is there anything that can be done to help her recover from anesthesia, the harsh laxatives, etc. Just anything that could assist in her recovery of this would be much appreciated.

For you causticum is fine, do not add anything at all, i will look for a better remedy for your nasal problems, if you could give me more details of it, like the nature of discharge, timing of sneezing, how is it better etc.
About your mother, colonoscopy is just an investigatory procedure, and i don know how old is your mother, if she is more than 50 years, and if the doctors have suspected something to do with her gut then it is better the sooner you do it.
But as far as i know the colonoscopy is done with sedatives, and not under anesthesia, you will have to speak with your doctor about it, but normally it is just sedatives, and laxatives are given only if your bowels are need to cleaned very much, but the doctor or the hospital should suggest you a diet a few days before and so only a mild laxative would be given, well if at all there is a polyp then they might remove it so your mother might bleed after the procedure, if it is diagnostic then nothing to worry, but if there is pain, progressive abdominal pain, bleeding, fever within 48 hours of the procedure then get to the hospital immediately, otherwise it is a simple procedure and nothing to worry.

So is it okay to give him the ars. alb 200 strenght if he has any wheezing? He was wheezing some yesterday when we went to his school and a little this morning. His last couple of bowel movements kind of burned or irriatated his booty (he was saying ouch when we wiped it with wipes) so not sure what is going on but he seems to be doing okay in general.
Mom - My symptoms don't seem to have a pattern. I have been having these spells since going to NC and spring I guess. I have an episode about once a week and it last for 2 - 3 days (the worse of it) but hangs around. Like this morning no sneezing but woke up with clear mucous to cough up or blow out of my nose, throat feels a little scratchy. Last night right before bed had an episode of itchy eyes and I couldn't help but to rub and rub them. The sneezing is different times of the day but seem to come when they happen when I go outside and could be anywhere from 3 to 6 at a time. When I do sneeze it is loud and they seem to come from a deep place, meaning they involve my whole body and after a few of them I feel exhausted. I get very itchy at end of nose, sometimes my face feels itchy. And when this happens I normally feel as if my scalp is swollen, spots I can touch with thumbs and it is tender and sore to touch. Many times this goes along with when I feel my body is more misaligned and entire right side seems more taut and pulled, from pubic bone up to scalp. The area around my R ear, behind it and under occiput is very tight, sometimes my jaw seems kind of locked. The heat really aggravates it. If all this is going on I can't be outside in the heat, have to be inside and have ac on if too hot. I guess the only thing that makes better is stay inside, out of heat, the euphrasia helps somewhat. Here lately I do eat some dairy and when I do I start getting stuffy right after I eat it.
Okay, regarding the constipation. Sometimes I take a dose of bryonia when things just don't seem to be moving. Is that okay to do? I know you said take nothing else but there are just some days when I just feel very bloated, and just like things are not moving out as it should.
Okay thanks for info about Mom. I guess I was mainly worried about her recent bout of blood in urine, taking antiboticss, etc. Just feel like she is getting run down and was wondering about the timing of this procedure. I did some research and I saw mentioned anesthesia and laxatives so I will have to ask her what they are giving her.
With my Mom being sick she forgot to give my Dad the nux vomica at Day 15. But I told her to give now and give again in 15 days.

So is it okay to give him the ars. alb 200 strenght if he has any wheezing? He was wheezing some yesterday when we went to his school and a little this morning. His last couple of bowel movements kind of burned or irriatated his booty (he was saying ouch when we wiped it with wipes) so not sure what is going on but he seems to be doing okay in general.

Hi Dr.,
I am having another rough day with the itchy nose, eyes, etc. But I also feel like I have alot of yeast in my body right now. My tongue has been coated for many days now. I think I may have contributed to this state by doing a day of drinking just apple juice (now thinking not a wise thing to do). Anything I can to help bring my body back into a more balanced state?

Son - Has a small patch of blistery bumps pop up on his left hand, between middle finger and forth finger. He complained of his legs aching last night. But other than that he is doing pretty good. I have given him 2 doses of nux vomica and he will receive his final and 3rd one today. Not sure if it was yesterday or day before but he sneezed and a huge amount of mucous came out of one nostril. I was amazed at the amount.
***What do you think about seeing a behavior opthamalogist? One that might do eye exercises and glasses if needed. Just wanting your opinion.
Mom - Other thing I had been doing is drinking alot of aloe vera juice. Then I read somewhere aloe vera juice helps kill of yeast cells. Not sure how much truth there is to that but I have had a coated tongue all during that time. It still is a little but not as bad. Itchty eyes still an issue but sneezing has calmed down. When I wake up first thing I have to blow and blow and get alot of clear mucous out of my nose.

Just wanted to let you know of the things I have noticed with my son since taking the Sulphur 1M. He just recently got small blister bumps on left hand and then a day or two later a patch of them on right thumb. He had a tiny rash in center of chest. Thats what is going on lately. Overall he is doing well.

Hey thats fine let the skin come up, also now for you stop taking causticum from now, wait for a months time to see changes. as well your nasal symptoms will subside slowly.
