Hello doctors,

I have fever since two days.
I have severe headache.Pain in eyeballs.Muscle pain.Low back pain.Great thirst.I drank 5 liters of water yesterday.Ankle and knee bone pain.No taste in mouth.I feel extremely cold for one minute and the next minute i start sweating.NO hunger.Nausea if i try to eat anything.Tiredness and exhaustion.
Fever not very high but great tiredness..

Please give me some remedy as soon as possible :(

please take four doses of natrum mur 30c daily at a gap of 3 hours for 2 days and report back.
please follow homeopathic restrictions.
