Azoospermia ....Plz plz need help Dr.mahfooz plz
Dear Dr mahfooz,I have been married for 5 years and been trying to have a baby with no luck. I have Azoospermia and the details as follows:

Temperature semen: 24.2

Viability, semen: Unable to perform testing no sperm observed
About my case, I knew I have azoospermia ,maybe,4 years ago, and my sperm count varied between zero to 100,000
and I was taking Paxil for depression ( I heared it affects sperm count to zero)
Could you please tell me what the best treatment is or which the medicine I should take
Thanks in advance

I rarely use in my practice practice biochemic medicine combination. Since the CP+KP+NM is tested by few of my friend a nd myself I posted it here. Bi lateral testicular atrophy is rare and confirm whether it is atrophy or the patient just feels it himself. However, you may try KP and CF for it.
