chalazion - please help

i have a hardened chalazion on my lower eyelid and it is driving me insane. it doesnt hurt, but it bothers me, and i think it might be affecting my eyesight. i really want to know what i can do to make it better, i dont care if it takes a long time so long as it works! i dont have health insurance or money to go to a doctor, and i would rather use homeopathic methods. please help me!

So, is a chalazion like a little boil? The only reason I ask is it's location.

it's inside my eyelid, i suppose, so you just see a bump on the outside. its just a little pink and inflamed. it is hardened already, though. it isnt red or pussy or anything like that.

i was told that putting hot compresses might help, but i am not sure if just that is enough!
