20 year old with erection problem!!!!

hello. i am a 20 year old male. i noticed my erection was losing its firmness 4 or 5 months ago but didnt think much of it. it gradually got weaker. 2 months ago i got sick with a virus and it disappeared entirely for a week. it then returned for a month but still weak.

now it is entirely gone. i get no morning erection and occasionally weak nocturnal erection in my sleep. when i try to get an erection it stays 25% for a few secs then declines. i believe my problem is due to over masturbation. i got into the habit masturbating 3-5 times a day for a whole year.

im very scared, i want to get married and have a family one day.

does anyone know a remedy for sexual exhaistion/weak/no erection. those are my only symptoms. if more detail or information is needed i will provide it. please help me.
thank you.
