Night fall problem
Sir, I have been suffering Nightfall problem since 5 to 6 years. That whenever i dream any sex dream, it get ejaculation (sperm fall with full quanitity). I try to avoid all this rubish thing. In a week i suffer 4 to 5 days. I have the habit of masterbation. As a result my mind and body is not working sound. Whenever i do sex with my girl friend before doing the sex it get ejaculation. She is not satisfy ultimately i fell shy. I am afraid to marry because of this. That i dont have capacity to satisfy any one. Please help me out. Please recommend me what are the medicine i have to take to get it cure.Thank you
