Erectile Dysfunction

Hello ,
I am a male, age 35, got married 5 months ago. In early months of my marriage, I had frequent erections but I ejaculate in 2 to 3 minutes. Now whenever I try to have intercourse, my erection gone. I do have erections by foreplay but as soon as I try to enter in my wife, the erection go away. I am not using any medication at all nor I did use any medication in the past for this purpose. I used to do masturbation a lot in my teenage.
My health condition: I had constipation problem before, but now I do have stool every day or alternate days. I am little anxious, and feel nervous when try to have sex. I live in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
Thanks in Advance.
