GERD with gastritis ,please help!

Hello, about 3 years ago I had an endoscopy and I was diagnosed with GERD .before that I only had gastritis but now both. The symptoms are indigestion and feeling of food being stuck down in my esophagus for many hours, and I also can taste that food in my mouth. However no acid and no burning sensation even feel like I haven’t go enough acid. It usually starts in the evening and lasts for a very long time. because of that I never get enough sleep ,the only thing that helps is digestive enzymes, however most of the time even they don’t help. Usually after about 3pm I have to be on a very strict diet involving only porridge or potato, however recently my symptoms have gotten worse and can’t eat anything after about 3pm, which I find impossible to do. I was prescribed Zantac, and have been taking it for 3 months; however it hasn’t made any difference. I also suffer from gastritis and the symptoms are pain where my gallbladder is, however I had a test done and I don’t have gallstones, The things I can’t eat are: meat, skin, seeds, fried food, fatty food, cakes, ice-cream, vegetables (especially with skin), salads, baked pastry, rise, pasta, all of this takes hours to digest at any time during the day. I’m 5ft 8 and weigh 68 kilograms; I don’t smoke and don’t drink alcohol. These health problems affect every aspect of my life, and I’m only 20, I am tired every day and I don’t enjoy life the way I used too. Please help me I don’t know what else to do.
