azoospermia

Iam 34 years old male. I get married almost 2 years ago but still unable to have kids. I was reported AZOOSPERMIA for atleast 4 times at different dates of my semen anaylysis.

Doctors recommended different test like FSH , LH and testis ultrasound all were reported ok. Furthurmore I was tested for FNA but no sperms were found in it.

It seems I have nil sperm productivity. Could you please help me and give me sincere advise that what should I do or ? Is there any hope that my body starts producing sperms

* Yes I do have mumps in childhood.

* I got my right eye operated due to an injury at the age of 14

* Some laser treatment on eye after 1 or 2 years of operation mentioned earlier.

* Five years ago I got feather surgery of my right eye for inserting contact lense.
