Hypertension - Muktavati

I am Male,36yrs with hypertension for last two months. I take allopathic tablets Olvance H20 and Amlodipine2.5 ( first one in the morning and second one in the evening)and my BP is in the range of 115/75 at home (120-130/80 at doctor). Recently i heard about Muktavati and started taking one a day in the morning for last 3 days.

I do 30min walk + 5-10min pranayama daily.

Is Mukta Vati a permanent cure? or is it another suppressant like allopathic medicines?
