Hemiplegia can result from so many infrctions rangong from Ebbola to Diptheria that it is impossible to make a sensible suggestion.

I copied the remedies from Boericke ONLY to show that there are quite a few remedies! To make the maters worse the right remedy for you may not be on the list at all!
Anyway, as passkey said you will need a personal contact with a GOOD homeoath. Also, it depends on the cause (like in stroke ARNICA is the great "opener" for the treatment.

thanks,i want medicine for complaints of left hemiplegia,inability to evacuate stool,distension of abdomen and pain left shoulder joint(diabetes)

Thats a whole different ball game!!.
Diabetes is the most prominent so try for 2 weeks - three times a day Syzygium 1x and report back.

Was it a stroke? Then you should also take (at least 1 hr before or after syzygium) ARNICA 30c, just once a day-you may take both indefinitely but let's see after these 2 weeks.
