Dear doctors, i am 36 years old male my height is 165 cm and weight is 65 kg. i am suffering from nasal congesstion for the past 2 months.4 years back i have under gone a surgery for polyps (left side). now i have polyps in the right nostril. but both of the nostrils are blocked. i can breath thru left with little difficult. right side is totally blocked. if i use nasal drops i will be ok for 6 hours. i like sweets, i hate crowd, there is thcik white discharge from left side also the mucous is coming to my throught. i feel comfortable when walking. problem aggravates more in night and in winter season. i do not sneez. do not have any other problems. pls help me.
