Sulphur and skin problems
I have an 8 year old boy with very dry and rough skin, specially his chest and back. He also has redness between his private parts and under his arms. He has been having these symptoms for more than 2 months. The doctor only advised less baths and Zyrtec, which I do not like. I do not have an homeopath in town but a friend recommended Sulphur but do not know the dosage. I bought both 200c and 30c. Which one should I use and what should be the dose. By the way, I forgot to mention that he gets easily irritated and has trouble sleeping at night.

Please give him three doses of Sulphur 30c at a gap of 4 hours for 2 days and see how it affects in the next 10 days.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 3 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
