The ABC Homeopathy Forum

need help with chronic acne, anxiety, fatigue, digestive complaints!!

Sorry to put that in all caps, but please if someone can help me I would be ever grateful.

I am 25 yr old female with a chronic case of acne started at 13, has gone through different stages, takes a long time to come to a head, and results in dark reds scarred spots that don't go away for a year or more. Have had keloid scarring on other parts of my body from injuries.

Digestion: Bubbly rumbling gut, with flatulence, sometimes belching. flatulence is offensive. Used to think it was grains or carbs, but just had a meal of exclusively meat and green veggies and same thing happened.

Have little or no desire to drink water, sometimes that makes me more flatulent. i do enjoy hot/warm tea.

Anxiety for as long as I can remember, always worried people will not like me although majority of the time i am proven wrong. Despite this, i continue to feel like people wont like me. Afraid of appearing stupid, saying something dumb. Timid and shy. BUT very honest, so while i dont want to hurt peoples feelings, I will tell them the honest truth, sometimes even if not asked, but usually if asked. need voice, opinion to be heard, feels good when i am 'in charge' of something, well organized, non-tyrranical. But idea of being 'in charge' can be daunting. Also, I do enjoy talking to people, I work at a market where my pay is commission based on how much I sell, and most of the time I put more energy into trying to get to know my customers instead of trying to sell them stuff.

Lets see, fatigue...
feel tired all the time, but energized from social interaction or moderate exercise. desire to stay up late, very late, even if tired, i will force myself to stay up, and end up sleeping in late in the morning, waking up between 10 am and 12 pm. in the morning in bed, i dread getting out of bed, the thought of getting ready and starting my day is totally overwhelming, lack motivation to do anything, but desire to do lots of things. That desire usually comes in the evening or night at which time it is too late to start, so i think, i will do it tomorrow, which doesnt happen but of a lack of motivation during the day. sunshine, when i do get it feels amazingly theraputic.

Anything else? ...
cold feet almost all the time, except sometimes they sweat if im wearing warm boots and thick socks and moving around a lot. cold hands too. sometimes my feet are freezing throughout the night and nothing i can do to warm them up, and keeps me from sleeping. i seem to get nearly daily reoccuring headaches, which seem to move around from back of neck, to above eyebrows, to temples, to top of head, not necessarily in that order. foods: not much food that i dont like, never had oysters but am repulsed by them. slimy rubbery seafood like squid, kind of grosses me out. drawn to dry crisp foods like dry granola, toast. fats, salty foods, and sweets appeal the most. maybe for many people... humor is dry, sometimes i feel i am picking on someone, but then i feel bad about it, and didnt really mean to in the first place. Wow, i hope this post isnt overlooked by people by its lengthiness. thats another thing, i always think im being overlooked, or people dont care about me as much, general low-confidence. So, yeah, let me know what you all think. I have a couple ideas, but I dont really want that to influence what others my have in mind. Thanks a lot, look forward to hearing back.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Lycopodium 30c at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and report back after 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

afraid of starting new things because of a fear of failure. do not want to be alone, would like someone to be around who i feel comfortable in silence with (my brother or my dog). very sensitive to noise, and scents/smells, and touch. thanks.

Respect is very important to me- respecting myself, respecting others, others respecting me, others respecting others- will stand up for others who are being disrespected... will do something if asked in a respectful way. If I feel Ive been asked in a demeaning way or ordered, I will refuse to oblige even if I would be willing to do it anyway. Problems with authority, being told what to do. Very indecisive.

Lycopodium looks good in the light of additional information that you have provided. Please go ahead with my suggestion and report back.
