The pain extends from which part of the body and upto which part ?

Is there a swelling on your left side of the face ?

Do you have a cough often ?
If so, is it accompanied with pain in the throat ?

Pankaj,

My BP has been normal. Y'day also I got it checked in regular check-up.

3 Teeth in the upper jaw of left side are paining. From middle teeth, they are left 3,4 & 5 teeth on upper jaw where I am feeling the problem while washing even, with less pressure. It extends to cheeks about an inch.

It is not continues pain but while brushing & eating i am seeing the problem.

There is no swelling at all.
No. I don't have any cough often.

No pain in throat as such.

FYI, I came to know that I have TN while I approached a Dentist with the problem along with jerk like pain in my cheeks. He referred me to Neurologist.

I am 32 Years old. My BP is normal so far. Even, I got it checked the same 2 days ago (in regular check-up).

I have pain in 3 & 4 teeth (left side) from of middle (front) teeth in upper jaw.
The teethes are very sensitive & paining while eating & brushing. There is no continuous pain in the teeth.
The pain extends from the teeth to the top on the cheeks (around half inch).

There is no swelling at all on left side of my cheeks /face.

I also don't have any cough / cold / throat issues.

Take Merc Sol. 6

morning and evening

and

Chamomilla 200

afternoon and night

if you notice any aggravation at any stage...stop further meds

come back with feed back then or after one week, as the case may be.

With due respect to Kadwa,
if Caro Veg does not show result in 3/4 days then you can switch to what I have suggested.

You can continue with Bio-chemics suggested by Kadwa side by side(meds in 6X potency) as these act like tonics.

Merc Sol 6 (C)

and
Chamomilla 200 (C) are homeopathic potencies.

I will start using the Caro Veg first. If it is not working, I will start the med. you suggested.

BTW, Merc Sol is only available in '30C' potency.

Can I use the same?

silciea and merc are inimical. Therefore these two should not be taken together. Similarly it is better to take a dose of Nux Vomica 30c after stopping silicea 6x and before starting mercurius.

Your posts have some ambiguity.

At one place you are saying that you do get headaches when woken up by shock. At another place you are saying there are no headaches.

Kindly clarify.

Hi Pankaj,

Usually I don't have regular headaches.
Rarely, once in a while I get headache due to sudden wakeup from sleep (may be once in a month). If I do not get disturbed I don't have headache at all.

So far, I have been using the below medicines (since, last 10 days).

Still I am getting the pain in my upper teeth / No improvement.

So, do you suggest me to use the below medicines or any other combinations?
