Thanks for your reply and also thanks for your continuous cooperation. Some website suggest that, darker the honey is better for anemia. But some other website inform that, the nutrients or enzymes that raw honey does contain are destroyed by manufacturers who heat it in order to give it a clear appearance to enhance sales. But we know, honey could not be dark without heat.
Another question, which flower's honey is more helpful for anemia?
