Hormonal Imbalance - severe acne, Hidradenitis Suppurativa, fatigue?

Hi, I am a 33 year old married woman with a 21 month old daughter. I have had acne since the age of 11. It used to be all over my face initially, then it spread to my back, shoulders and upper arms with severe scarring. Over the past couple if years acne is mostly around the jaw line and very little on the back. The jaw line gets worse about a week before my menses. It is like cysts, sometimes pus filled, sometimes just inflamed and below the skin. It leaves a dark mark everytime.
I also have Hidradenitis Suppurativa like symptoms. Painful cysts mostly around the groin and sometimes underarms.
I have regular periods but last only two days. First day is extremely heavy with bright red blood and second day I get clots. It used to be very painful till a couple of years back but now it can be painful only occasionally.
I used to have very oily skin, now it is more like combination skin.
I have a big fibroid detected during pregnancy. It was initially 6cmx6cmx6cm and by end of pregnancy had grown to 10x10x10. A year after my daughter was born, my ultra sound found it to be 8x8x8cm.
I have complete lack of sex drive. After childbirth, sex has become painful as well due to something at the entrance of my vagina.
I am easily irritated and do not criticism very well. I am very patient and calm otherwise. I am an introvert.
I drink a lot of tea but do not like coffee or chocolate. I do not eat too much non-vegetarian food which is limited to chicken, fish and eggs. Dairy intake is high and includes milk for breakfast cereals and tea, butter/cheese.
I have normal thirst and drink about 1.5l of water everyday. I have to urinate quite often, which may be due to fibroid.
I sweat quite a lot, specially underarms, palms, feet.
I have had an operation for bone grafting on my femur/hip about 10 years back as I had a bone TB infection. Did a full dose of anit-biotics for it.
For acne, till about 6 years back I had tried all prescribed allopathic medecines. Cannot remember all names, but included roaccutane and other such common acne treatment in India. Did not help. Now I live in Europe - much cooler place which helps, but I still have the acne.
Travel and irregular routine, lack of water makes things worse.
I have a relatively stressful life - work, family, responsibilities. And I am not a person who shares my troubles with others.
I sleep quite well. Most nights it is 7-8 hours of sleep except when child is unwell. I like sleeping in complete darkness.
I hope I have included everything that is relevant. This has been going on for so long and the scars on my face and back are so bad that I feel quite frustrated now. Is there any homeopathic remedy that would help?
I tried Dr Batra's (India) for about a year but cannot say for sure that it was effective.
