Hi Gurdev,
Kudwa has given me Arnica 30 for prostrate in wet dose with spring water. I am using since Tuesday. No significant improvement as yet.
For eyes I am taking Calc Flour 12X in addition to eye drops 'Trusopt'(allopathic), for keeping eye pressure under control. I have stopped Naphthaline.
I started seeing floaters in right eye in May 2009 and also flashes in right corner of right eye in Feb 2009. My left eye is hazy, and straight lines appears wavy. I underwent fluorescence engio and there was leak in the eye. I was detected with DME (diabetic macular edema). With both eyes I am OK because they compensate for each other.
Earlier, you had asked me about my constitutional remedy. What is it and how do I find out?

Sorry I did not realize that the message you sent was for me. A constitutional remedy is considered to be a homeopathic remedy that best represents your physiological and mental/emotional make up. As far as I know if one takes that it helps to balance ones whole system. If you would like me to I can look up the number of a homeopath that was recommended to me here in the US.
He evidently know many homeopaths from all over and might be able to recommend someone to you. Or maybe Dr Kadwa would know of someone to work with you on that level. The other option is to work with a radionic practitioner. They can be good at finding out remedies for complicated conditions, as the remedy is assessed by resonance and not by ones symptoms. I studied it in England and my teacher would often use homeo remedies from the Materia Medica, but for symptoms that were not assigned to that remedy, with incredible success. She said that vibrational frequencies have changed since the Materia Medica was written over 200 years ago. A radionic practitioner can also find out the underlying causes of the diseases and give you vibrational treatments to strengthen the organs, etc.. And detox remedies. I think there might be some good practitioners in Switzerland and I can check on that for you if you like.

Hi Kudwa,

2. Yesterday, I felt vertigo(chakkars) once in the morning and then more severely in the afternoon when I lied down for a nap. I have started taking stemetil 5mg BD and feel better. I have been having cervical problem for long with dull pain in neck, shoulders and pain in right arm and hand. What is the homeopathic remedy for this.
3. Q-2. I have border line diabetes. I take Amaryl 1mg. In addition whenever I take Syzegium j Q, I start losing weight. Could you pse advise any other medicine for BS.
4. I also take crategus Q for heart, I received 2 stents in 2004.

Nux Vomica 200c should have been taken instead of taking the allopathic medicines for chakkars. You may take one dose of Nux Vomica 200c at bed time for 2-3 days and see whether it helps your vertigo. Please don't take Arnica 30c during these days and resume Arnica later.

A good homeopath will do a detailed case taking and work out your constitutional remedy which Gurdev has talked about. The constitutional remedy should give you relief on multiple fronts and there won't be any need to use different remedies for different problems. So you should contact my good friend Dr. Sajjad and see a homeopath he suggests.
Otherwise there is no harm in taking other remedies crategus Q, Calcarea flour 12 X.

Coronary heart. received two stents in 2004, which are working satisfactorily. Last engio was done on 12 Feb 2009.
14. Prostritis. Enlarged prostrate since 1998. First took sabal serruluta Q but casually. Started with cardura in 2004 but soon shifted by Urologist to flowmax and proscar in 2005. Size rduced from from 65 to about 37 gm and when I stopped proscar it again increased to 68 gms and then Urologist started avodart with flowmax and last ultra sound was done in July 2009 and size reduced to 38gms and post void was negligible. Avodart was stopped in july a2009 and flowmax on 15 feb 2010. Now I am mainly on R25. In addition, I do take of and on Conium 200, canthris 200, or thuja depending on symptoms.
15. Borderline diabetes since 2005. I take Amarly 1mg. In addition started Syzegium Q 1X about 3 week ago. But t reduces my weight. I have stopped it on 22 April 2010.. I also take cinnamon 1/2 tsp

17. I have knots on right hand palm which are better after I took medicine from homeopath. I had a small lump in right leg 1n 2006, which got dissolved by taking lot of Augmentin 625 mg and Calc flour. I still feel dull pain in the same area but apparently no lump.
18. I have a small 3/4 inch almost square eczema type spot on left cheek for the last 10 years. Biopsy was done and diagnosed as 'sub acute eczema' I am under treatment of skin spslt whose has given me Teczam and Advantan creams for local application. Recovery is slow/uncertain.
19. patients description. I need to go to wash room more frequently. During day time I need to go every 1 to 2 hours. At night I some time get up once. Before starting R-25 I used to go at least twice at night. I get a feeling that few drops are struck in the urinary tract. When going out I must visit 2 or 3 time to push out last drops and then I stay comfortable for 2 or may be 3 hours. Stream is weak and towards left side. Sometimes stream is forked and like a shower. I now taking Arnica 30 with spring water.
20. About 2 month back I felt that I was staggering or going right or left instead going straight. My Homeopath gave me conium, I think, and it improved. Some time I feel light headed and within few seconds it becomes alright. For the last 3 days I am feeling chakkars.
21. Once in a while I get pain on the right or left pelvic area near rectum. Homeopath said it was problem of nerves and gave some medicine and it improved. Recently I had couple of episodes gain.

i think that if Nux Vomica has not done much for you, Lycopodium seems to be your constitutional remedy. Again as you take allopathic medicines for skin problems it diminishes the action of homeo remedies. There is no doubt that one should go for allopathy for life threatening disorders but it is not good to take allopathic medicines for anything and everything that is happening.

**This is over-simplification of homeopathy. Lyco may help here if totality of symptoms match.
You may take Lyco 200 thrice a day for only one day and see how that affects your symptoms. The point 4 points to lyco. Point 3 is not a homeopathic symptom so nothing could be said. Please don't take Arnica on the day you take Lyco.

I am reporting back after 15 days as required by you.
I started Arnica 30 with spring water on 14 April. The report as follows:
1. Bladder control seems to have improved.
2. Feeling of not emptying the bladder is still there.
3. Stream sometime is better but mostly weak.
4. While going out I need to go to washroom to push out drops 2 or 3 times otherwise it gives a feeling that something is struck in the tube.
5. No trouble starting to urinate.
5. I have an enlarged prostrate. Does Arnica also reduce size of the prostrate?
6. Should I continue or go back to R-25?

You may continue with Arnica 30c instead of Reckeweg for prostate. You have stopped Reckeweg for eczema, how is the eczema now?

1. Eczema. I started homeopathic medicine about 4 days ago from a local homeopath for eczema. He gave me globules in which he put some Schawabe drops. I reminded him that I was taking Arnica-30 for prostrate and he said that it was ok and his medicine will not adversely interact Arnica.

You may make pills by adding 2 drops of dilution of Arnica 30c to 1 dram bottle containing globules.

1.Stream is better.
2. bladder control is also better.
3 I still feel something that bladder is not empty. And some urine is left in the tube and I have to push out few drops, specially when going out of the house.
4. I usually don't get up at night. Some times, I get up once.
Taking medicine 3 times is quite cumbersome. Is it possible to take higher potency dose ie Arnica 200 or so and have it only once in day.

You may take Arnica 30c in the wet dose only once a day and see how that affects in the next 15 days.
