chronic bacterial infection

What do you recommend for chronic superficial lymp and skin infection that may have spread to bone, inflamed painful joints, and heart, all due to some bacteria (possibly sterp). I have been in hospital and doctor gave very powerful antiobiotic ivy and it went away but seemed to come back within a week

Blood Pressure:
Normal (but not athletic) - 120 over 80; Resting heart rate is high = 90 beats

Name of Disease:- Doc suspects it to be cellulitis, Erysipelas of face, and Lymphadenitis in face, armpits and groin area
(Diagnosed by Your Medical Doctor

Patient Description:-

- Itchy all over face and cheeks
- Abscesses and Pus filled Blisters occasionally erupt
- Itching in nasal passage; feels like things crawling in there, and under my skin
- Itchy armpits, groin, perineum, genitals, and anus
- itchy eyes
- burning in muscles, back, kidney area, thighs, calves, shoulders, deep inside stomach, muscles in core
- meningitis like headaches
- itching / creeping sensation all over face and chin and even in ear canal
- Spider bite type lesions that occasionally appear
- Super itchy at night
- More and More frequent of high fever outbreaks preceded by meningitis like headaches
- Itchy eyelids
- All above symptoms are relieved by antibiotics (penicillin + clindamycin)..but even after a 10 day course of it, the disease returns
- Permanent edema in lips that only go away with antibiotics, but returns after antibiotics are stopped
- Abscesses on face that require routine lancing
- Red wine, chocolate, sugar, and coffee make it worse
- Margosa tea with cats claws help
- Golden seal cream on face helps

Doc feels that it could be a deep strep bacterial infection as it responds to Penicillin

Comfortable Position:-
- slouching or lying back in my easy chair; sleeping in a large comfortable but firm mattress

Worse state of disease:-
- sitting upright; But more the heat and stress affect me

NO but I do have these growths on arms and legs that doc tells me that she can freeze off
