Systemic candida infection and giardia

I am a 37 year old male. Am suffering from the following symptoms. Please help me.
Flatulence with a very foul smell more so in the evenings and night.bloating of abdomen after a meal. nausea in the morning on waking up, vomitting bile on waking up, headache on waking up. sometimes headache during sexual intercourse, during and after traveling, headache when exposed to cold winds. Diziness when squatting, puffing and panting on climbing stairs.

Drastic Hair fall and thinning, premature greying.

Feel worst in hot and humid weather.

Nervousness, anxiety, low self esteem, cannot tolerate contradiction and quarellsome, fits of rage, extremely irritable,

Offensive and heavy perspiration with bad odor. Perspiration during anger,eating. fungus and very foul odor in armpits,itching and rashes in groins, regular infection in pennis- there is swelling, redness and itching under the foreskin along with creamy pus like formation and pain.

Osteopenia,Joint pain on the right shoulder, elbow, fingers. Occassional pain in the right knee. Frybmylogia. Bones feel extremely weak. Muscular weakness, extreme fatigue, low energy, Heat flushes at around 4pm. Corns/plantar warts on Right sole, cracked skin on soles of feet,disturbed sleep,

Last meedicine taken: Sulphur 1M 10 days ago. Dont see any noticeable change in symptoms.
