Irritable and not just PMS
Irritable, quick to get angry (at my kids of course), by the time 3:00 comes I just want some Alone Time. The irritability is worse around PMS but I have it all the time. Drinking lots of warm/hot tea with lots of sugar. Thanks.bargainbsmt on 2003-02-20

There are a few different remedies for irritability, depending on your exact manifestation of it. It is very hard to suggest a remedy from your brief description.
If you do not want to see a professional homeopath, I would recommend using the remedy finder on this site (link above) which will ask you all the relevent questions.
Seeing a homeopath might be better though as you'll have someone to talk to and they may help you to talk about any underlying cause for your irritability. It may be that you need to sort out something in your environment.
