Hi, can any one suggest me a medicine for PMS , i am 47 yrs old getting close to menopause ,I have regular periods but recently i gained up to 10 pounds and too much fat near abdomen area, get chills at night , cannot sleep at night and have acidity . I am 5.4 height and 170 pounds. Live in USA charlotte . I have insomnia from 2 years with this PMS.Ana2 on 2018-04-02

Thank you kadwa for your prompt response . If i am not wrong i need to take Lachesis only for 3 days and stop it right and report back after 15 days .
