Thank you Dr. Kadwa.
my answers:
)39 years old, 117 pounds, 5. something(i don't know my height exactly), I am in shape, good appearance in general.
)Usually I am more irritable (specially w/ husband and son); always worried - looks like something bad is going to happen anytime; often depressed and frustrated. I don't have friends just acquaitances - takes too much energy to keep friendship or frequently I just want to be alone watching tv, reading books, cleaning apartment... With close relatives I like when they are at home, but being quite - almost everything disturbs me.
)Dust, pollen, wool... I don't know
)Headache sometimes; always in need of deep muscles massages to release tension in my neck and back areas; pain in my joints (fingers, left knee, shoulders); restless legs quite frequent; frequent pimple in my chin.
)I am an indoors person, don't like cold, like warm temperatures.
)Feels better in the morning after my allergy crisis. Very tired at night, sometimes exausted for no apparent reason
)Sleep is not good. Get up twice to go to bathroom; sometimes wake up due to sweats, sometimes due to cold.
)Normal sweats, but cold sweat on hands and feet even in cold temperature - worse if I am nervous.
)Don't like cold water, drink water usually as hot tea - many times forget about drinking water.
)While taking rest.
)Bowel is constipated - digestion is normal.
)Yes I am, but I have little sexual desires.
)I am getting shots of Depo - provera and since I started, one year ago, I usualy don't have periods.
Thank you very much for your help.
