3yr old - Stomach ache
Hi My son is 3 years old and has a very poor appetite. He doesnot have any liking to any food. After eating a little he complains of stomach ache and stops eating any further. He doesnot like milk as well. Everything has to be fed by diverting his attention. We have shown this case to both allopaths and homeopaths but there is no improvement in his appetite. He has undergone a ultrasound and everything was ok. He is not gaining weight as well.He vomits if fed forcefully.
Can you please prescribe a medicine so that his digestion and appetite improves and gains weight?

Can you please give the following information in respect of your son.
1.Whether he prefers warm surroundings ie whether he likes to be covered or he prefers cold surroundings and open air.
2.whether he has a mild disposition or an irritable diposition. How is his attitude towards his friends and relatives?
3.What physical problems, if any does he have.
4.At what time he feels better and at what time does he feel worse like in the morning, evening, late night etc.
5.What do you think is the causative factor for starting his problems.
6.How is his thirst for cold drinks, hot drinks and water?
7.How is the bowel movement? Normal, constipated or loose.
8.Whether the child prefers to move around or prefers to keep still.

1.Whether he prefers warm surroundings ie whether he likes to be covered or he prefers cold surroundings and open air.
--> He likes cold surroundings and open air. Even during winters he doesnot prefer to get covered with a blanket during nights. In general his body is heat body - in summer he usually has those small heat blisters (1 or 2).
2.whether he has a mild disposition or an irritable diposition. How is his attitude towards his friends and relatives?
--> He usually doesnot like to get irritated. He plays fine with children now - though he used to bite and hit other children while he was 2. After going to pre-school he has become very disciplined now. He mingles very well with others. His class teacher was saying that he helps other children in the class to open their tiffin boxes, water bottles, placing the tiffin boxes in the cupboard, etc.
3.What physical problems, if any does he have.
--> He doesnot have any physical problems. He is very very active. While he is awake he doesnot sit or stand at one place, he plays a lot with his toys, friends and moves around the house. He keeps talking a lot. If we spend one hour with him playing or talking we really get exhausted.
4.At what time he feels better and at what time does he feel worse like in the morning, evening, late night etc.
-->He usually complains of stomach ache in the nights - though he does so in the mornings and noons if we try to feed any thing extra. In the nights even with small quantity he complains.
5.What do you think is the causative factor for starting his problems.
-->Right from his birth I dont see my child liking any food. Even milk he drinks half a cup and then starts saying that his stomach is full. Though he plays a lot, he doesnot eat well as a result, his hands, legs and waist are thin.
6.How is his thirst for cold drinks, hot drinks and water?
-->I usually donot give him cold drinks, but he drinks water a lot!! Once in a while he takes warm water as well, but normal water he drinks twice or thrice in a hour - a small glass though.
7.How is the bowel movement? Normal, constipated or loose.
- His bowel movement is normal.
8.Whether the child prefers to move around or prefers to keep still.
-->He doesnot prefer to stay still. I cannot make him to sit at one place doing nothing even for five minutes. He moves around a lot!! He likes to talk to others - even strangers. Please give him three doses of Phosphorus 30c at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and report back after 10 days.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 1 drop in some 10 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 15 minutes before or after taking medicine.
