Anxiety attacks, overweight, and insulin resistant
Hello,female
21 years old
5'3
175 lbs
recently i had a very bad anxiety attack out of no where. I felt like I was having a heart attack- my heart rate was 165, i felt like i was choking, I couldn't breathe, my limbs got numb etc. It happened a second time out of no where as well.
Also, I am insulin resistant. I have darkness in my underarms and neck.
what can i take and how do i take it?
I would like to stop the anxiety attacks, and have normal insulin levels and lose weight.
thank you
