Garlic and Homeopathic Medicines
If someone has an infection and we know that garlic is really good for an infection. Why can't garlic and homeopathic medicine be used at the same time treating the infection? How does garlic affect homeopathic medicine?ecogenie on 2010-08-08
This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
My experience is that garlic does not antidote remedies for most patients. But some homeopaths feel differently.

not a matter of antidote--but sensitivity of particular patient being treated to garlic or what ever..etc....as only will intefere with homoeopathic remedy if operating in same sphere of action--otherwise dont matter

What is meant by 'operating in same sphere of action'? If one has an infection can garlic and homeopathic medicine be used at the same time to fight the infection? Either it be viral or bacterial. Seems to me the more fire power one has to fight off an infection the better. I know you should not use mint or coffee(caffine). Are there any others that will interfer with the workings of homeopathic medicines?

So say mint, camphor, coffee, etc.
I find that mint, coffee, etc. rarely antidote remedies for most patients.

homoeopathy works on principle of remedy (working in same sphere homoeopathically) as the natural illness
