Pre Hypertension. Anxiety, Less Sleep

Dear Sir, I am 38, Male, Weight 90 Kg, Height:5'10'. Waist: 38'. I feel acidity & gas frequently and a lot of burps. I feel mild headache at top centre of my head. My BP figures are 125-129/ 84-89. My resting PR is 78-82. I am doing 30 minutes walk everyday with 20 minutes of Yoga and Suryanamaskars (10 days 4-5 sequences) I feel pain in rib cage. Pressure below chest bone and pain near right lower abdomen. It sometimes translates to kidneys also. I do not get a sound sleep as my mind remains active during sleep also. I feel urge to touch my chestbone frequently. Recently i am getting constipation also. I also have a consistant fear of getting ill. One day I took a dose of Rauwolfia (8 drops in a cup of water) i started getting cold sweats. I stopped it immediately. I also feel bitterness or tastelessness in my mouth often. I feel gas in my intestines, but it does not have a foul smell generally.

Please suggest me a renmedy so that my BP, PR and gas gets controlled.
