menstrual problems! please help!
I have always had a light period but for the last 7 months I have noticed it getting lighter and shorter-just a day at most and it is worrying me! There is mostly old blood present. I am 28 yrs old. In addition I have been waking in the night sweating and feel very tired and I worry that my ovaries somehow arent working properly! I have used a home kit to see if I am ovulating and I seem to be. I have no idea why my periods are becoming so weak nor why I am sweating so. Please help!green on 2010-08-16

Your remedy is Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily which is made precisely as follows:
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in the Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in some countries.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before a capful of the bottle or a large teaspoonful of the remedy is sipped as directed.
Report your response in a few weeks.

Is this the same thing as Arnica liquid extract tincture? I haven't been able to find an ethanol pack?
