Excessive Hair Loss

Dear Doctors,
My age is 22 yrs and 2 years before i noticed that my hairs started falling excessively so that i could observe around 100 hairs shedding while massaging but it became low with the passage of time but now my hairs have become too thin and very less volume as they used to be very dense. I tried iron and biotin capsules but hardly any result. Now my hairline is receding together with temples. Plz suggest me some effective cure and let me know whether i can get my hairs back.
